strategic place in town where just a few miles away from some attraction places .. Room is spacious and clean. Toilet also big. Have heater, towel provided along with soap .. Their Indian woman receptionist really kind, friendly and always smiling .. The most important reason why I choose to stay here is because of their parking .. since Im driving to Penang, I want to find a suitable hotel with safe parking .. They have plenty of parking space with cctv .. will stay here again if we are going to Penang next time ..

However, the housekeeping department needs to improve on the cleanliness specially mold & water stains on shower glass screen & sink

Room very spacious. Parking with a lot of space. WiFi is strong. Cleanliness is good. Facilities with microwave oven, plate & cutlery, electric jug (clean no rust). Water pressure was good. Air-cont was cool. Very satisfied with my 2 night stayed. Will recommend to friends & relatives.

The room was very big for 4 person, u can even play football in there. All facilities are top notch, like a 5 star hotel. They provide microwave, heater, iron and ironboard, tv, sofa. Good services also!

Late check in due to holiday period, but staff allow us to late check out also, so very satisfied with their service, the most that I like was the room, very big, aircond is cold, shower is big, highly recommended.

Room is big , carpark spacious. But the room not ready to serve the guest . They didn’t provide cabinet for the luggage , putting on the floor doesn’t matter but there is a line of ants crawling on the floor and not willing to replace other proper room for us. Shower cannot adjust , spray direct to wall . What happen Scott ?

I did live in the family room, it's clean and tidy. There are two aircond and a fan in one room because the floor area is big. The acoustic proof in the room also well. Although my room face to the road but I can't hear any voice during the whole night!! Nice for stay and very affordable price!!

Strategic location ”

The room is not sound proof and opposite is a hospital. At times will hear ambulance sirens. Love the location of the hotel coz no traffic and driving less than 10 mins to reach the place I want to visit in Georgetown. Downside is the bathroom, when shower it is clot. Besides that overall is good.

Pros: - Spacious room - Aircond is cold - meet the basic necessities Cons: - Bathroom water drainage bad, flooded when you take bath at Room 446. - kettle is dirty with alot of stains.
