Comfortable stay with many facilities ”
Comfortable stayed during my weekend with friends, even not to staycation (to attend the wedding in lippo karawaci area). Happy when I found this entire apartment with affordable price and complete facilities that we can use as the guest. Comfy for 4-5 persons to stay (max. 3 girls/boys and 2 boys/girls / 1 couple). The beds are 3 personalized bed & 1 sofa bed. There are, cooking utilities & mop, so we can cooking a little meal ;) unfortunately, there is no tissue & sweep here, so be careful with the cleanliness of the floor while staying here. They provide the body shower, shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryer! Blank refrigerator also provided, jist make sure bring your own water supply to drink. Do not worry, minimarket such as indomaret & alfamart are right downstairs of apartment! Just keep in mind, they're open until 10PM only. The apartment is so closed with school (AL AZHAR) and universities (UMN & PRADIPTA Institute). McDonald's is around 15 minutes walkin'. At last, thank you for the room and hospitality! Great choice when you have something to catch up around serpong area.

Location is great. Sparkling clean room and has amazing view ( scientia square park ). GOOD RATES!! The facilities are complete. Water heater, television, air condotioner , hairdryer , gas stove ect function properly. Thankyou Taslim Property.

Friendly Host, strategic location”
I was looking for an accommodation that is close by to Scientia Park because my daugther had to attend an event there. I was so lucky that I found Scientia Apt because it gave me everything I was looking for. The property is steps away from Scientia Park. It has 3 single beds that comfortably fit me, my husband & our 2 children under 10. It has a mini kitchen that allowed me to do simple cooking for my 2 year old daughter. The apartment also has a nice size swimming pool & 2 mini playgrounds which are perfect for toddlers. And when it comes to food, the apartment is located near a small mall which has plenty of restaurants, cafes & foodcourt. From fast food chain stores to independent food stalls offering local dishes & delicacies. So we didnt need to go out during our stay & was really happy with our meals. And another plus point for me was that there is a really nice indoor playground at the mall so I can keep my 2 year old daughter occupied& happy throughout the day while I accompanied her big sister for the event as well as a big Park full of activities for family & kids (entry fee applies). Last but not least the owner of the apartment is really nice & friendly. From the moment we booked the room he contacted me & was super helpful. We were happy with our stay & would definitely come back again.
