We was so happy and satisfied with the hotel service. The room was clean. The pillow case, comforter and bedsheet was clean and good smell. The air conditioner temperature was good. The carpet and table have no dust. The toilet was clean and the soap and shampoo provided have a good smell. Only the television channel is a bit disappointed because the channel provided not appropriate with young children.

Wow, great place for stay. The room is perfect & comfortable. The hotel lobby, rooms and bathrooms were very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend for travelers . The staff is friendly and always greet you. Oh ya, paling penting parking luar lah.... terbaik!

The hotel is located at the city center but is not noisy. Quite & peaceful sleep. Would repeat the stay if I had a chance. Good value for money. Decent and simple breakfast.

Receptionist very friendly. Cleaner give us extra mineral water. Coffee, glasses, water heater, iron and iron board is provided in your room Bed is great. Love to sleep in bed. I stay in the room for more than 8 hours without going out, so a cleaner knocking at my door to give me extra mineral water - great. Very clean, but somehow they got cockroach - not lying I'm serious. Fully recommended. Do have a stay here.

the good points: 1) the room is spacious. 2) convenient room and environment. 3) ample parking space and secure. 4) easy to load/unload luggage fro/to the park area. 5) equipped with kitchenette. 6) good toiletries given. 7) nice view. The not-so-good points; 1) low water pressure in the shower. 2) water heater for shower is not functioning. I asked for another room. 3) short of staff. Only 1 staff in charge. 4) no facial tissue provided in my room. 5) old and obsolete carpet. Hopefully UTM holding could pay some attention on the complaints to improve the Scholar's Inn services. Thinking either to come again or not to. #IamUTM

Worth every penny”
I booked family suite. The experience was very pleasant. Easy to park my car. Scholar’s Deli is at ground level if you want to have breakfast. The room was nice but mugs were only two provided although room can occupies for three adults and kids.

Safety...is the first thing i think about this hotel...ye la...inside university and have guard...got restaurant and food panda coverage...no need to worry about food...but no nearby groceries of shop in walking distance...the room...fuh...just stay there...no room is spacious like this room in Kl with this rate....seriously...got microwave also...the bed is good...for those who like to jalan-jalan kaki at night...this place is not for you...go at centre of kl...
