Although few times been here n getting tickets by DBKL but overall this hotel is okay... Hygienes is taken care off... Responses by hotel staff is good n within walking distance in Jalan Tuanku Abdul Rahman Kuala Lumpur.

Cheap, but not so strategic location. Needs upgrade.”
As i stated on my title: For a cheap place that is what you get. But i know other places near city centre that could offer better quality room than this at about this price range. Location wise its within walking distance to eateries and groceries. Problem is that its located right in front of a busy one-way road and its quite difficult to find parking. Not luggage friendly if you ended up parking your car far away. Room wise, they seriously need to upgrade the flooring, assign the housekeeper to mop the floor often and setup a toilet air ventilation. I can feel some dusty debris the moment i go barefoot in the room and the parquet flooring had loose wooden tiles. 2nd night i slept i heard rats scurrying above within its ceiling.

The hotel is close to places i wanted to go. Close to eateries and cinema. Pleasant staffs always there to assist us. I had a great stay.

Worth for money ”
Definitely worth more than what's paid. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are too. Staffs are polite too. An overall one of the best 2 star hotel, can increase to 3 stars but not with a price increase. However, requires a car park for the people staying in the hotel and bigger lift. Suggestion such other services such as room services, room facilities and security locks are a must have, definitely require an upgrade.

Check-in and -out that's very quick: helps with the tiredness. Room was always kept tidy and clean. Only issue is the ironic cigarette smell in the non-smoking lift and room. Other than that, everything is good. Parking around Kampung Kasipillay. Not easy to find but if you wait, you'll get a space. Public transport is also available.

Well the hotel was cheap and you can get a reasonable size room. We rented 3 rooms and one room had problem where the air conditioner only run for 30 minutes and stopped. Called the reception found remote faulty and was replaced. The problem persisted the whole night. Slept without air con. Second room had same problem. The hotel is fairly clean but don't expect cleanliness very much. The most important thing is the area is not very safe (I was told) as there drug dealing in the vicinity. I was advised not to get out in the night.

In short, what you spent is what you got. Location near to HGH Convention Centre. Telephone inside my room was faulty. Staff was polite but seemed to forget my request for praying mat. Ended up using the clean towel instead. No deposit was required during my stay.

Room is ok, but entrance door layout is too tight. Parking difficult to find since hotel facing main road.
