Best staff I’ve ever met”

I had a really great stay at the hotel. Many thanks to the receptionist Ngo again! He helped me with so many things and never hesitated to go the extra mile. On my first day in Sapa it was raining, so trekking through the rice fields or going up the Fransipan Mountain was not possible, so he and his friends took me to the Bac Ha Market instead and showed me around and explained a lot about the minority groups in the Sapa province. Really grateful for this experience. The Hotel itself was also very clean and the view from the room was amazing.

Very nice rooms at great value for Sapa. The restaurant has amazing views, although we found it a bit expensive compared to other places, so we didn't try the food. Staff are very friendly and will surely help with anything you need. Good service for Vietnam! The construction next door is the only downside, plus walking to the center of town is up the road and a bit muddy.

Outstanding stay in Sa Pa”

The hostel is located a bit outside the touristic center which we liked a lot. The staff is very kind, always in for a chat and helpfull. They helped us with planning a hike tour with a guide and also showed us a lot of trekking possibilities without a guide. The room was very clean and the view was stunning. The breakfast was good, simple and fast. All in all we've had a perfect stay here in Sa Pa.

There is no contact from agoda or homestay to traveller. Homestay asked advance payment but not confirmation after transfer. Poor service.

Luckily I found this hotel which is very close to the city center but has very nice view to the mountain. The price is very reasonable.

Có 1 điều rất kỳ lạ hôm đó mình đi chơi thì có gửi chìa khóa cho lễ tân và buổi tối về tắm ko thấy 2 khăn tắm đâu hỏi lễ tân thì bảo ko dọn phòng. Đồ đạc ko mất gì cả nhưng rất kỳ lạ. Ko ai vào phòng ko ai dọn phòng rồi tại sao khăn tắm ko thấy đâu vì mình ở đấy , 3 đêm đến ngày thứ 3 lễ tân hỏi chị cần dọn phòng ko mình tl ko.???

Vị trí: Tọa lạc ở đường Mường Hoa, khu vực này hiện đang nhiều công trình đang được xây dựng nên hơi bụi bặm (Yếu tố khách quan) Phòng ốc: Phòng chưa được chuẩn bị kĩ lắm, ly nước vỡ quai, còn đồ dơ trong tủ và bánh ăn dở của khách trước để lại tuy nhiên được hỗ trợ khắc phục rất nhanh. Chất lượng vệ sinh tốt so với giá tiền bỏ ra Nhân viên: Rất thân thiện, nhiệt tình hỗ trợ mọi yêu cầu của khách hàng hơn cả mong đợi Nhất định mình sẽ chọn Sapa Valley View cho lần thăm Sapa kế của mình.

Hotellet var faktisk lukket ned uden fast personale. Ingen andre gæster mangelfuld rengøring. Udenfor var der så meget larm og dieselos fra byggeri og maskiner, at man ikke kunne holde ud at være på værelset.
