Sapa hotel was very clean and the service tean was friendly at all. Room:Air condition, double deb(comfortable) very nice decoration inside the room. The hotel is very close to the center(3-4min walk). We ask about trekking and they booked for us and the price was jsut only 1,5$ plus, which is very good because you will be sure about your deal. They gave us informations for everything. Breakfast: ala card, you can choose whatever you want without limit. About money, it is very good choice for Sapa, but i would pay by card and they didnt accept it. I try 2 different cards and nothing,finally i paid cash.

Friendly staff but no heating”
Sapa House is in a good location, is a nice hotel with super staff that are very friendly and will try to help. The one big issue is that on Agoda they mention there is heating in the rooms (necessary in Sapa) and that is unfortunately not the case. Staff tried to help with a heating fan but that is not a real solution of course.

Nice hotel uphill”
We took a coach to the hotel straight from Noi Bai Airport and arrive around 10pm (a long 4.5 hrs drive). They even email us to check our arrival time on the day itself which I think that is a good gesture. Room is very big and clean, just my bathroom is abit cramp (I think is due to the corner room design as my friends room is ok). The view is good, can see the mountains and the city from the window. The hotel is slightly uphill so will need to climb some stairs and a slope to reach if you are coming from the town central. Breakfast spread is good. About 4-5 dishes and bread with cheese and ham, and you can order eggs, noodles and banana pancakes from the counter. Takes about 10 mins to walk to the church or Sun Plaza. The staffs are very friendly and they can even remember each of our room number.

Just less than 5 mins walk to tram up Fansipan V friendly and helpful receptionist. V comfortable bed It along the hill so everyday u need climb up and down for food but Sapa's all bout climbing so take it as a warm up/down 😂

Lots of humidity in the room. Far from the center and uphill. Staff spoke very little English and wasn't helpful. The view is on the city on both sides of the hotel

la habitación y el hotel lo tienen todo para ser mucho mejores, por desgracia las habitaciones estan sucias y no las limpian si vas varios dias, el desayuno es o huevos o noodles con cafe instantáneo

Déçue...vous m avez imposé cet hotel et il ne correspondait pas à ma réservation ”
Après m avoir annulé ma réservation au Sunny Mountain vous m avez imposé cet hotel qui n a rien a voir avec ma réservation...pas le même emplacement pas de balcon pas de piscine chambre petite .Petit déjeuner très succinct..et pas du tout le tarif que j avais payé pour l autre hotel. (21 € la chambre en ce moment) Je suis extrêmement déçue vous n êtes pas correct...me prévenir la veille de mon arrivée à Sapa que ma réservation était annulée...c'est inadmissible..d autant plus que le Sunny Mountain était bel et bien ouvert....et complet ! Quelle arnaque...plus jamais je ne ferai appel à Agoda.

인포 직원의 친절함에 한번 놀라고 생각했던것보다 조식도 나쁘지 않았습니다, 난방이 나오기는 하나 엄청 따뜻한 편은 아니고 그냥 숙면을 취하는데는 지장은 없습니다. 그리고 따뜻한물이 계속 지속적이지 않아 샤워를 하시려면 5분안에 끝내시는것이 좋습니다 그래도 대체적으로 기대 이상으로 만족하였습니다.

Ưu điểm - Khách sạn ở gần trung tâm, tiện di chuyển, hoàn toàn có thể đi bộ thể thăm thú - Nhân viên khách sạn rất nhiệt tình, tốt bụng Nhược điểm - Tuy khách sạn mới được sửa lại nhưng có vẻ chưa được sạch sẽ cho lắm, hơi hôi, lúc mình nhận phòng còn nhiều rác ở các góc bàn, tủ - Phòng được bố trí hơi ít đèn, chủ yếu là đèn vàng nên vào thời điểm mình đi là mùa mưa nên kể cả vào ban ngày thì phòng cũng khá tối (đi chơi cuốc bộ chán chê không sao mà về phòng khách sạn lại bị vấp sưng chân :D) - Khách sạn nên có tài khoản zalo/whatsapp/viber để tiện liên hệ hơn, thay vì chỉ dùng email và số phone thông thường - Điều hòa và tủ mát hoạt động không ổn lắm, đặc biệt là điều hòa thì như phòng này điều khiển phòng khác vậy.

Thiết kế phòng khá ấm cúng, không gian thoải mái, mỗi tội hành lang hơi tối nên tối đi hơi sợ -.-. Đồ ăn tạm ổn nhưng ko đặc sắc lắm. Nhân viên nhẹ nhàng. Nc mình khá ưng với lựa chọn khách sạn này khi đến sapa.
