Scenic place, but bad experience with resort private transport”

We booked a private car from the resort's pool of drivers, on a package tour of love & silver waterfalls + heaven's gate for 600k VND. However, the driver requested for 300k VND more to drive us to the heaven's gate, after going to both waterfalls. We rejected the offer and requested to go back to the resort. We requested for explanation from the resort manager, however they have yet to offer any. Book the private transport at your own risk.

Ok hotel room with stunning view”

Room design was ok. There were no chairs as the room does not come with it. Weird. Didn’t like the toilet layout.

The best service”

Although this resorts normally allow to check-in at 2PM (can early check-in if rooms are free), their bathrooms are available and you can ask to take a bath when you arrived. That is suitable and comfortable to make you fresh before travelling, especially if you traveled by a sleeping bus or train. Others service are fantastic as well such as, keeping your baggage both before check-in and after check-out, calling TAXI and welcome drink with excellent view points.

Very good”

We stayed a few nights in this resort & the room we chose was beautiful, really clean & had an amazing view. It is a fairly new resort with a beautiful lobby but they are still doing on-site construction. The resort is located about 15 minutes walk to the city centre but tucked away in a corner which was great. It is really close to Catcat Village which was a little too touristy for our liking but great if that's what you're after. The downside to this resort is that they do not offer any shuttle service and it wasn't very convenient to walk around as the surroundings were on steep hills (not suitable if you have kids or elderly with you). The amenities in the room were excellent and even had a working Netflix. We understand that being in nature, you're bound to get a few bugs here and there but it was hard to relax as there were quite a few cockroaches during our stay. The infinity pool is also much smaller than the images and wasn't an inviting pool to swim in as it was right in front of the lobby & had a clear view from the restaurant above. Breakfast spread was decent but the on-site restaurant seemed to close rather early with limited dishes available even though the resort was always busy. The food was mediocre, especially the western cuisine. We recommend sticking to the local food to be safe! We would have loved to enjoy the on-site bar more but we didn't see anyone behind the bar during our stay and there were no information written anywhere (we tried ordering some drinks but were told they only had whiskey when they had a full bar open). Perhaps there were communication issues or lack of staff. When we tried to order dinner from their room service menu, we were told they only had beer & water available which was disappointing as it was a bit of a trek to get to other restaurants. If we were to return to Sapa, we would probably stay elsewhere

Resort with lots of potential”

Sapa Cat Cat hill resort is in good location but the resort does not provide shuttle bus services to the town. room is spacious and beautifully decorated. every room has good view. room has modern facilities.

Exceptional”

The resort is very clean (newly renovated I guess). Located on the mountain’s slope which we can see the view just from the lobby as well as from the room. It took just 5 mins by taxi from Sapa center and around 5-10 mins walk to Catcat Village. The staffs are very very good!! Very kind, friendly, helpful and fast response to the guess needed. Only thing is the room is not noise prevention, we heard every conversation from the next door but luckily they did not make noise at late night and early morning. Also, we booked for 2 bedrooms so we have another door to protected the noise. Anyways, Still love the resort and services💕 Thank you so much.

Idyllic”

A perfect peaceful get away after a couple of days trekking. The room was incredible, staff very helpful and the views from the room were simply breath taking! Slightly out of the centre of SaPa, but walkable or a very short taxi ride. Really peaceful and I only wish I'd booked more than one night here.

Best view in whole of Sapa”

I would like to thank Mr.Hưng for arranging the special request on my visit. All the staff in the resort were extremely helpful. Having stayed in a lot of 5 star hotel before this, I would give them 6/5 stars. They have the best view in town, hotel were very clean and nice. The only problem with it is my room is only accessible via a hike. Everyday I need to hike 3-4 storey to reach my room. If you are travelling with children or elderly, I would advice to inform the hotel in advance so they can arrange other rooms that were accessible by their buggy. Maybe they see we are 2 young adults so give us an opportunity to exercise a bit everyday. All and all, if I am to go Sapa again will definitely stay with them.

Amazing Pool”

Room initially allocated to us fell short of expectations. Having booked the paranomic view room, we were disappointed as our view was obstructed by the main building in front. Requested for a change in room and the staff was helpful in our request.

Good location and amazing view”

+ It takes 10-15 mins walk to the town center. The view from the balcony is amazing . Staffs were very friendly and helpful. - The breakfast buffet was canceled due to covid and what they offered instead wasn't great.

景色は素晴らしい”

絵葉書の様な景色が見渡せます。有名なカットカット村は徒歩でも行けそう。 プールやレストラン、Spaなどは営業していない様子。ホテルの紹介では、わからなかったが、全室コテージになっていた。スタッフの対応はとても良かった。

숙소자체는 좋지만 직원들은 서툴어요”

위치가 구석에 있지만 호텔에서 택시 불러줘서 나가기엔 어렵지가 않아요 직원들은 불친절한건 아니지만 요청사항 해결에 있어 서툴고 경험이 부족해보여요 하지만 너무 예쁜곳이라 다시 방문하고 싶어요

객실인테리어 청결 주변 경치 모두 만족이었습니다. 숙소에서 바라본 풍경만으로도 힐링이 되는 여행이었습니다. 위치는 깟깟마을 옆이라 도보로 이동 가능했고 객실도 깔끔하고 넷플릭스를 무료로 이용할수 있어서 좋았습니다

뷰가 다한 호텔”

리모델링 중이라 공사중인 건물도 있고 스파도 안열고.. 사파 중심부랑은 조금 떨어져 있지만 깟깟마을 입구까지 걸어갈 수 있고 뷰가 너무너무 좋은 호텔입니다!!! 리셉션 직원들 꽤 많은데 영어를 못하는 직원이 많아서 체크인시 약간 답답함이 있었습니다. 룸은 넓고 깔끔하고 뷰도 좋은데 동선이나 가구 배치, 조명같은게 편리하게 되어있진 않았어요. 슬리퍼 미제공이라 미리 챙겨가면 좋을 듯 합니다. 꽤 좋은 숙소였음에도 모든 면에서 약간씩 부족한 느낌이에요ㅠ

뷰도 좋고 공기도 맑고 시내랑 거리가 있어서 조용합니다. 시내랑 걸어서 15분정도로 가까움. 숙소도 너무 예쁘고 조식도 맛있어서 나중에 사파 온다면 또 머무를 생각입니다. 너무 귀여운 소품들이 많던데 기념품 제작해서 팔았으면 좋겠습니다
