I booked twice. The first book was for family and got rooms in the third floor. The alley was shabby, the room is dirty especially the toilet. Just like a public toilet. Another book was luckily got the 5th floor which was newlu renovated. It was lighter and cleaner. But still, sadly not recommended though it is in a very strategic area.

There is no good experience from this hotel at all!! The staff very dumb, not friendly, and unprofessional. The room is very messy, dirty, dusty, and smelly. Look of the bathroom its like on the horror movie, water on the toilet suddenly become black. The food doesnt worth for breakfast hotel menu, they discriminate people who order from the app, you will get diffrent menu if you order from app.

Not Recommended Hotel ”
Hi Sorry for this review. But to be honest i should write this review to family travelers who wants to stay here. Location is good, near to mini-market and food-hall. But the facility was very poor and dirty at all. I couldn't make some hot milk for my child cause of they didn't have tea/coffee maker. Oh come on..i couldn't say anymore.

the bed didn't match what was ordered....on Agoda I was ordered & paid for a queen size, but was given a single bed = 2....it's been the second time like that...be careful if you want to stay here...

The place is close to the airport but not much to see or attract to visit here.”
It's busy place ,not much big building but many local village,if you like to try some different city ,is ok,but not much to see here and to visit,the place itself it's not super clean to compare with other city in Asia. But to stay for a couple day and try different thing is good. If you landing from Soekarno-Hatta Airport it's very far a way to get here and this place I think is good for Muslim and family to go around and for food. It's feel like a little Makkah.

I choose this hotel because its closer with my exam site but then I think its better for me to stay with my aunt instead. the staff is not helpful at all and the room was smelly. I cant even close my toilet properly.
