We loved the room and pool. It’s just that there are no stores nearby, we had to order food via Grab Food twice. There are also no tourist spots nearby, best way to go to Cebu City from San Remo is via grab or taxi.

Before we used to passed by san remo city de mare everytime we go travel south of Cebu and i really wanna go their even for one's i love the building structure very foreign, its out of our league. the 2 bedroom apartment that we stay, i really love it, my only comment is that. can they offer a comforter instead of a very thin for the blanket but over all i love to stay their.

Awful service from the Staff”
First and foremost, if your are the host of the said UNIT like CONDO,, you must give a proper instructions to your guests from the facilities to services that you may or may not offer to your guests. We arrived at the condo around 12noon and no staff or host reached us in the lobby or in the gate to assist us. It took 30-45mins until one of their staff with moody face reached us and open the unit. Her Staff was not even says "SORRY then blah blah". Staff did not prepare the room well. No Blanket for the 5 guests. We just use their towels as blanket. No water dispenser provided in the room.

The guards are super duper strict. Maiinis ka nalang nang bonggang bongga. Beware with the guards na bantay malapit sa may pool area, like what the hell Manong guard, this is what we pay for? He's acting as if you don't have any right to swim in the pool and relax yourself. He is as if gonna check on you minute by minute as if you're a thief or something. Gross type of security 😑😑😑😑. I'll never coming back. Just a big kudos to Ms.Erisa for making our stay worthwhile, well minus the pathetic security guard in the pool area of course!

Booked this unit twice during holiday season cause we thought its good but got disappointed during our first stay. There are hidden charges you need to pay when you reached the place. 220php for the amenities and 300php per night for parking fees. The parking space alloted by the host keeps changing every night which we thought at first it will be our parking space for the rest of our stay. Hassle for us because we go home late at night to find out that someone's car parked on our slot and we need to wait for about 1-2hrs which slot we can park when we're already tired from the tour. No early advise from the host that the slot provided for us has been occupied by other guest. The parking lot is shared with 3 guest under different units as per the guard. We also request for pillow replacement because its already smelly and an electric fan in the living room as there's no electric fan provided even a small one, but the host didn't do anything. I suggest you try to book other units or other agoda homes before you consider this place.

The location is ok. The house is not clean when we got there. I asked to replace the pillows because it has a smell already and also an electric fan but the host didn't do anything. Guest are required to pay 220 php for the amenities and also 300 php per night for the parking fee which is not indicated in the details. The parking space provided by the host changes from time to time as the space is shared among 3 guests in different unit each night as per guard 's advise which is so hassle for us because we expect we park on the same spot for the rest of our stay then when we got back to the building in the middle of the night someone's car parked on our spot. So better book another agoda homes than this one.

I had the worst experience with the host. The host is not accomodating and even yelled at me when I tried to ask for help or assistance. Will never visit here again.

Hidden fees”
Firstly, it was mentioned that there's free parking. I was surprised that the guards told me that the free parking was only for 4 hrs then we needed to pay afterwhich. If I had known that this was the case, I would have not booked this place. However, the staff found a solution but after a few text exchanges and phone calls. It was inconvenient as we were stuck there for more than 30 minutes but still thankful because the staff was helping us the best way she could. This could have been avoided in the first place though. Secondly, it was also not stated that I had to pay 200 pesos. I was not sure what was it for but since the guard said we needed to pay it before we could get in so I did. Setting the right expectation is very important. I've been booking in Agoda for quite a while and this was the very first inconvenice I've ever faced and it's in my home country.

It is such a beautiful condo”
It is a beautiful Italian themed condo. The guards are polite, courteous but strict. The pool is very inviting and good for children due to its depth.. Some guests are quite loud and inconsiderate of other guests though. Small children keep throwing their slippers and trash on the pool, and parents are busy with their pictorial. The room is good for 2-3 guests only. Its floors are clean. Just with broken, damaged, old furnitures. Toilet is of reasonable size. Condo is a bit far from sm seaside. No stores nearby. Stay gets boring without anything to do though. And yes, there is a transient fee required.

It is advertised that they have wifi, but there is no internet. We got transferred to another room but the smell of the room is unbearable. Cocrach were everywhere as well. Topped up with a stained sheet for one of the beds.

2 beds But there is only 1 bet! Moreover, if you can't contact the owner of the room, you can't stay. Because there is not the front desk, procedure is difficult. Fluent English is required.
