Home-y feel away from home”
The owners of this property are the nicest and most accommodating people. I needed to print my visa for my next destination and they helped me out with that. Additionally they picked me up at the dock when I arrived and they drove me to the dock when I was heading back. I'm so grateful for that! Breakfast is included daily and they actually serve a little later than other hotels I've stayed at. I appreciated this as there were a few days I wanted to sleep in. They provide towels for you to use at their pool or to take with you to the beach. The hotel was so close to Walking Street and Sunrise and Sunset beaches. I had a great stay!

Location was excellent, staff great, right near the sunrise beach & walking street. Breakfast also nice! If there’s anything that could be improved it would be the WiFi in the room I stayed in but other than that it was great!

Wonderful staff, good location”
Staff were brilliant and the location close to the centre but down a quiet side street was excellent. Negative points were the drains which smell awful in the bathroom. We were delighted and relieved that we got this at the last minute after getting to our precooked agoda hotel to find it was uninhabitable.

Temporary Stay during Diving Trip”
The location for this accommodation is just beside the diving centre for Adang Sea Divers thus the location is just perfect for me. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The service from the staff is good, especially during the time that we had a toilet crisis. There is not much view from the room but it is near the coast and thus we can easily walk to the beach.

We spent one night at this hotel. We are an older couple, and found the room, though comfortable, was terribly dark. The overhead lighting was practically nonexistent. We were on the ground level, so the only other source of light was through the floor to ceiling windows, but we were right by the breakfast room, so not much luck there. The staff was very nice, and we would have stayed longer, had we been able to get a room on the second floor.

Exceptional”
We had a great stay in San Pita Resort! Staff was helpful and friendly. The resort is near walking street where you will never be out of options for a great meal! Snorkeling and diving activities can be arranged via the reception and prices are decent. We still definitely stay in San Pita Resort again when we visit Koh Lipe again!

Great stay at San Pita”
San Pita was a great place to stay on Koh Lipe. It is not on the busy walking street so it is quiet but and it is centrally located. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned daily and the bed was very comfortable. The only negative was that there was no fridge in the room but that is just a tiny thing. Highly recommend staying here.

2 king size bed to accommodate our big family ”
San Pita is one of the hotel that could cater all of us (2 adults + 3 children) in 1 room. The room is okay but for quite dark due to lack of lighting. If our children are older, we may opt for 2 rooms by the poolside which is smaller in size but got direct sunlight due to the huge sliding door. The hotel is within walking distance to the Sunrise beach and Walking street. Pretty quite by night for a good night sleep. They provide halal breakfast; and will fetch you at Pattaya beach upon arrival (just make sure you put that in your request).

The staff of san pita is super friendly and their service very nice. The breakfast of the hotel also very tasty and quality. The room is quite big and clean. Environment of san pita is nice will not have any annoying that disturb us rest at night.

Great boutique hotel”
I would highly recommend San Pita due to its fantastic location which is just walking distance to the beach and Walking street where all the food and shopping is located in this island. If you're coming by ferry from Langkawi, wait for their hotel transport service after clearing immigration. They will take you to the hotel on a complimentary service. No need to book a motorbike taxi!

Great stay”
Our stay at San Pita was perfect. The staff is great, friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and cleaned every day, towels are changed daily as well. You can borrow beach towels and undermats, they even have umbrellas for when it rains. The breakfast is all you can eat buffet style. The hotel is minutes away from the walking street and the restaurants.

Best bang for the buck”
Hotel is right very close to the sunrise beach and away from all the big party places. 40 metres walk away is a walking street and near hotel is very good place called OMG. Staff is friendly and you can forget about locking doors... were in that hotel 2 years ago aswell and if i should go to lipe i would take it again. No doubt... Only thing is that Koh Lipe is becoming an island like Phi Phi. Big party island with loads of nightlife. National park my ***...

Winter Break”
3 of us were in a family room. The room was a bit small for the two beds, and we had to keep our things in suit cases because there are no dressers or closets. Also, the bathroom was not very private for a family. However, everything else was very good. The staff were nice and helpful; the breakfasts, though the same everyday, were good; and the location was great, a 2 minute walk to Walking Street and a 3 minute walk to Sunrise beach, a 10 minute walk to Sunset Beach, and a 15 minute walk to Pattaya Beach. The internet was stronger than at a much more expensive resort on the island which we stayed at for half of our trip. The best surprise was the best Calipiranah (mixed drink), I've ever had was mixed here. I enjoyed sitting by the pool talking to the staff in the evening sipping on one or two of these as I waited for the girls to get ready for dinner. We will probably return to San Pita.

Friendly staff, good location, not worth for the price”
Pros - good location very near to walking street . Easy to find foods - friendly & helpful staffs Cons - toilet drain was stuck. When u shower, the water will stuck. - no sign board to direct the hotel. We were walking frm pataya beach when arrived at Koh lipe. But couldnt find any direction to san pita - buffet breakfast very very limited and almost everyday same things - no kettle and hair dryer in the room - no hot water drink during night time - do not have much privacy. Outside our room is walkway and next to breakfast area.

Didn't want to leave”
Super friendly staff always ready to talk, matched by a great room & super Thai food. Breakfast a bit limited, but free tea & coffee available all day. Good Wifi Just minutes away from beautiful Sunrise Beach OMG Sports Bar & Walking St with all its amenities. Was there for Songkran & made so welcome. Lipe can be an expensive place for accommodation etc. Tip: Book direct with the hotel for a discount :)
