Beautiful hotel with nice staff and good location ”
The staff are very nice and helpful. Hotel is clean at the right center of the city near the beach. My daughter just love the bathtub viewing the city at night. Good buffet breakfast especially the signature noodles of Da Nang like Bun Cha ca and My Quang. Will definitely come back to San Marino when we come back to Da Nang.

Pros Nice clean hotel with all the amenities. Pool and bar on roof is amazing. Room is small but have all everything you need. Heaps if restaurant on both side of the road. A few mini marts very close by. Staff is attentive. Breakfast is OK with different things everyday. Using grab is simple and fast because of the main road in front. ( not hard to cross for Vietnam standard) The 2 puppy's at Skyland coffee 2 doors up are super cute. The food there is OK. Con. ( Minor cons) Beach is 15 min walk or 5 by the provided bike. Dragon Bridge also about the same distance. Lots of Chinese and Korean tourists if you consider that a con. Highly recommended

This hotel is very good, near Dragon Bridge ( just 2 mins walking), staff are friendly. The room is not big as I expected but it is ok. I book with price vnd480k/ night. This is very good price in compare with 4star hotel. Of course I will come back this hotel for the next time ( if the price is still reasonable)

Everything is good from room to staff. Just need to take note of some details that are causing some hazard to guest. My foot was cut by an open sharp edge on the floor. I hope there be an immediate attention to it. On the floor near to the balcony door. There is an open sharp edge. It had caused quite a deep cut on my bottom of my foot. I stayed at one night. well come drink and served drink after checked out is nice. room was very clean and staff was having sinceraty for everyone. I took a small key fob when checkout. In morning breakfast some staff speaks korean language. I felt this area becomes popular in korean tourist.

Family connecting room was nice (1double bed & 2 twin bed), but only one room had bathtub. It was good to have small balcony in the room. We booked transportation to Ba Na Hills from the hotel as the price was reasonable just the day before. We just needed to call the hotel 1 hour before when we want to leave Ba Na Hills, took about 45mins only. Breakfast choices were not so much but manager name Titania was so friendly to our family and also other guests.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, all very helpful. Rooms are beautiful, if a little on the small size. Bathroom is generous considering room size. Great view of the city from the roof top pool, although I would like the fence around the ti be a little higher for safety (more like the next door hotel). Breakfast was yummy, a lot on offer, possibly too much in my opinion. There was an issue with the water on our second day, not the hotels fault, the whole area was cut off. Unfortunately there was no water to any rooms, but the hotel did what they could and brought up fresh water to each room for washing etc while it was being sorted. Again not the hotels fault, these things happen in life somethings. The hotel did offer a small gift as an apology on check which was a nice thought.

- Overall good hotel. Very clean, helpful staff. - Balcony is very small, cant put a chair to sit there. - In bath room there no place to keep soap or wash jel near the shower point. Hand shower for the bathing was defective, it was leaking from joint and shower did not come properly. - Breakfast was good for non-vegetarians. No choice for vegetarians except slice bread. Butter was not available.

We had a nice stay in San Marino. Staff are very nice and friendly. Their English is limited but they try their best to help you. The room was smaller than expected but it's alright for 2 people. Bed is comfy, bathroom is clean and modern with adequate water pressure and hot water. Loads of TV Channels as well! The rooftop bar and swimming pool is small but decent. We spent 2 nights up there chilling. The cocktails are a bargain. The hotel provides free bicycle rental, though I don't think Da nang is very cycler-friendly. Transportation is a total chaos you have to be extremely alert and careful while crossing. That's why we booked transportation to/from the airport, Ba Na Hills and Hoi An with the hotel. Free your mind from the chaotic transportation. The price is very reasonable as well, and you can just call the hotel about an hour before you want to leave so they can come pick you up. Much more flexible than the other transfer service you can book online.

Recommended stay at Da Nang”
Our stay at San Marino Boutique Da Nang was great, especially their staff who have been helpful and friendly. I would especially like to commend Ms.Dao who assisted with the refund of a stay that I thought had cancelled but was inevidently charged. Also would like to commend Thinh, our driver who drove us to Ba Na Hills. It was a smooth ride and came on time to pick us up. Overall, a very good hotel and really great staff that made our stay memorable!

They kept my passport during the stay but they placed the passport at the reception folder only, which is not security Swimming pool was closed but no notification until I arrived the swimming pool floor Understood there is no breakfast buffet due to the virus issue, but they do provide breakfast delivery to room at 7am only The location is good but may not stay in this hotel again

Last day our visit we ordered a massage, didn't get what we ordered and it was more expensive than listed in brochure. There was no mention about tax 10% or service fee 5%. Tried to explain that we didn't even get what we wanted but the cashier at the poolbar did not understand english. Massagers were obviously outsiders, wearing just hotel staff clothes, and after the massage they asked for tip. Didn't give any.
