Best Hotel so far!”

Been travelling for 5 weeks now and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in during our time in SE Asia. Staff are super lovely, really helpful in sorting out our trip to the caves and all round great service. Fitness suit and pool are small but more than enough for what is required. We only stayed for 2 nights as we had more of our trip booked but I honestly wish we could have stayed longer and booked the longer adventure into Paradise Cave.

Decent place”

The rooms are very nice and clean. It was also nice that you can have a late check out (until 18:00) for an additional 50% of the room rate. On the negative side, the fitness center only has two treadmills, a bike and bench press. The A/C was broken in the gym while we were here so it was not usable either way. The hotel staff also have fairly poor English skills, but Google Translate helped.

Nên cải thiện lại hệ thống thoát nước hoặc có tấm ngăn phòng tắm đứng để nước không chảy ra bên phía ngoài. Còn lại khách sạn rất đẹp, sạch . View đẹp, mọi thứ đều OK!

Khách sạn Sam rất mới và sạch. Vị trí ngay trung tâm nên rất tiện đi ra các khu vực lân cận hoặc đi ăn đặc sản địa phương. Tuy nhiên do khách sạn mới nên nhân viên không được chuyên nghiệp cho lắm. Gia đình mình yêu cầu bố trí 2 phòng ngủ cạnh nhau vì có trẻ nhỏ. Mình đến trước lễ 1 ngày, khách sạn vắng hoe nhưng khônh hiểu vì sao nhân viên không thể bố trí phòng với lý do gia đình mình ở nhiều ngày??? Ngay ngày lễ, do khách đông nên nhà hàng buffet sáng lộn xộn, nhân viên xoay xở không kịp. Nhân viên dọn phòng cũng không dọn phòng kịp vì quá tải. Chiều tối gia đình mình về phòng vẫn chưa được dọn. Phải yêu cầu thì nhân viên dọn phòng mới tới. Nói chung ks cần phải khắc phục về khâu nhân sự.

Khách sạn trung tâm TP”

Khách sạn ở Trung tâm, gần nhiều nhà hàng, có bãi đỗ xe thoải mái. Mình đặt phòng tầng 13, view đẹp. nhưng ko nhìn ra biển. Khách sạn sạch sẽ, không mùi. thoáng, nhưng kính hết nên ko có cửa sổ hay ban công nha. Đồ ăn sáng hơi ít, so với các ksan 4 sao khác mình từng đi thì ko ngon bằng.
