I spent 2 nights at Sam Kwan Village for a sport event, nice room for the price and really nice Staff. A little bit far from the beach but for people who love walking it's perfect, if you need to buy something the Laemtong Bangsaen Mall is just across the street.

What you see is what you get”

The location is probably the biggest selling point for this hotel comfortably sitting besides a shopping center and conveniently located from the bustling Bang Saen beach. The rooms were comfortable and well organized. However, the pool was not maintained and the breakfast was almost just a formality. Overall, it was a hotel which met our expectations at that time but it could not exceed them.

I choose this place for business trip in Chonburi, the hotel is new & clean ... Also near SodSai Zone near Burapha University & Leamthong shopping center. During my trip .. Every morning served Boiled rice ... Deliciouse but better should not same food everyday. In the evening go to SodSai zone very near ... 10 baht by Bike Taxi Overall is ok ... Room and bathroom are clean

Hotel is in good location, room is clean and all in good condition, breakfast is also clean and tasty comparing with the price. This hotel is way over my expectation.

Nice Hotel but cheating staff”

I was at the hotel on The Thai national labour day. I was disappointed with the hotel staff. Although Everything was paid off and confirmed to Agoda but I need to pay an additional cost almost 300 which it never happened with anywhere else which i booked with Agoda. Basically, I attended at the hotel 2:00 am and i was only allowed to use the service till 3:00 pm, that fine, i can understand that but, i don' understand why the staff ask to paid additional 300. She ask me to talk to her manerger about the charge. Then, I ask if i could use the telephone from the front desk and she said "no". It was an awful staff i ever met. I ask her the reson why do i need to called the menaneger? Would i get the refund of additional charge? She said no, you won't get any money back . The manerger just want to explain the reson why he charge extra. It because quite a lot of people need the room on that day. So they mark the price up on those day. Actually, i saw many room was emptied. Lucky enough they got us as guess, so they can make business on that day. I found this was corned by the staff. I won't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I went to Bangsaen with my older brother. The facility in the room is good. There are a small refrigerator, hairdryer and water heater. However, my brother felt the glass is not clean enough. All in all, the price is reasonable and the breakfast is good too.

Above average”

Located just outside the Bang Saen beach, quite accessible. Room is spacious with a big balcony, very suitable for friends to chill out.

Best hotel, absolutely worth the money !!”

Great location, 5-min walk to Lamthong shopping mall and not too far from the beach. The pool is really new. The breakfast was decilious as well. The room was clean. The reception was really polite and helpful. We got an issue with the internet password and it was resolved quickly. Really appreciate it. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Bangsaen next time.

No Frills but clean large rooms”

The location is ok . Quite a distance from the beach but good public transportation via small trucks at the main road. Close to a local shopping mall with a good supermarket and a good selection of restaurants. The pool is nice for this price. The breakfast is ok but one should have limited expectations. The staff is nice and friendly but they are very inexperienced and their English is very basic. I asked them to help me getting a bigger car (Toyota Innova type) to go to Pattaya. They confirmed at a rate of 900 Baht. Eventually a driver showed up with a small sedan which barely fit my luggage who charged 1000 Baht.

The room is small. But it's that cheap. And I'm satisfied with everything. Warm water comes out well and there is also a paid laundry service for reception. And most important thing, there are no cockroaches here. You don't need to feel the anxiety of being afraid of cockroaches.

I liked that the room and the bathroom were specious. The A/C worked well -- didn't take too long to get cool. Breakfast was available with various kinds of food. Big parking lot. Driving less than 10 mins to get to the beach. The staff was nice.

It is the second time for me at this venue in 2 years for sport event. First time was great and second time even better. Very friendly and nice staff. Will come back again for sure! Thank you

3 night stay”

Stayed here for 3 nights prior to departure back to the UK. Nice modern hotel, good rooftop swimming pool ideal for our 3 year old. Rooms were large modern and decent hot showers. Staff were lovely and very friendly. Negatives were a massive building project opposite the hotel so noise was a pain, but not the hotels fault. First night and up reared the usual Thai problem, stinking sewerage smell from the bathroom. We complained and fair play were given a different room that did not smell. Other negatives were not one English channel on the TV and the typical Thai breakfast, rubber hot dog sausage,plastic ham and half raw fried eggs. Even the coffee was barely drinkable. Book without the breakfast is a must.

The room was clean and nicely decorated. The location is good because it is close to all the happening. Breakfast time from 7 am-10 am and was good enough for me. I would recommend this to other travelers.

The location is very conveniet main road, we can walk 15 mins to Bangsean beach. Mistake communication with housekeeping so they are don't clean my room.

Good room”

It was noisy at night (2am) because the sound of motorbikes. Moreover, in the shower-room, water doesn’t drain, but I could stand it. The good things: there were near department store and everything was clean.

Very good”

Clean room, competent staff and close to restaurants, van station and shopping centre. I have stayed here a few times and have always been delighted. My only suggestion is that they change their breakfast menu from time to time.
