New Place in District 1 ”

The price was too good to pass up and try out this new place right across the mall in District 1. This building looked like a commercial office/storage converted to a hotel. You can tell from the lift and the doors to the room. It is extremely modern looking and the only beef I have with this place is the washrooms. The toilets are in the showers together, so splashing the water everywhere and then needing to use the toilet after isn't the greatest. If you can overlook this minor detail, everything else is fine, excellent value for the money.

Not worth it”

We stay many hotel in Saigon, but this one is my first and also last one hotel to stay, cause just feel disappoint. We could stay in better hotel with lower price. We booked a suite on the top floor for 3 people to stay in, but it's really small. Besides the shower room is no hot water and weak water press. The gym, which is only 3 equipments in a tiny room, is beside the room, so quite noisy. The great location, good staff and breakfast is only thing I gave a good review.

Central stay”

We stayed at the hotel for one night, New Years 2020. We chose it due to its centrality and proximity to city attractions and the new year fireworks. Was very impressed with the location, functionality of the room and staff service. Walking distance to most sites in the city, lots of food and drinking options nearby and shopping malls around the corner. Would recommend for a central location to get out and explore sites.

Mixture of pros and cons”

Pros are great location next to Saigon Center and Takashimaya and great staff on the ground floor and restaurant....cons: sound-proofing insulation is terrible that I slept with periodic noises from the street, what I was very upset about is...one day I came back to my room and saw one bag of garbage was on the sofa right next to my personal stuff, this definitely was disgusting and so carelessly forgotten by house keeper, but I also realized he/she thought it’s ok to put it on the sofa of guest room, so bad!!!! I called the reception and they just could apologize, attitude was acceptable but staff definitely must be re-trained because for the person like me that experienced this might not choose to come back. I would think direct apology in person or even just via call/email from manager or anyone from management to apologize in person will be more appropriate instead of doing almost nothing.

The M Hotel is located by a high class shopping mall. Walking to many tourist places.

Nice Hotel”

Hotel is nice & clean, location & service is good. Just the room a bit small, I paid extra a bit to upgrade the room. Other than that, everything is good.

New swanky hotel”

This is a new hotel at a really great location (I would have given it 6 stars for location), it is near a nice mall and many restaurants. Certainly not a boring place to be staying whether you are alone or with family. The walls are a little thin but otherwise its a pleasant stay for me

All very good from the staff to facilities and location. but they need to fix the sound proofing, you can hear bits of the nightclub nearby from the room till 4AM

Because it is close to Bar Street, it ’s too noisy to sleep at night. The hotel will give you a earplugs in the drawer.

Modern stylish hotel, but bathroom not well designed”

Hotel is perfectly located in district 1. everything easy to reach per pedes. But bathroom was not well designed. Once you shower everything gets wet incl. the toilet. The shower curtain doesn’t really help much. What is also quite controlling is that you will get a checklist with all items during your check-in (towels, washing lotion containers, slippers, etc.) and needs to control on your own if all items are there. If something went missing after checkout they will bill you for it. Not a very welcoming process in my opinion and I have never experience this in any other hotels before.
