But everything else was ok. I was very pessimistic given the bad reviews that I have read. But I was very surprised. The receptionist did speak English and helped with my luggage. The room as pictured. There was even hot water. There was no drinking water provided though but it wasn't a dealbreaker.

Overall good stay. Stayed 5 days. Room and staffs are good. The staffs couldn't speak in english thus its was a challange to communicate with them. The hotel is nearby to many nice places.

Didnt expect the room are spacious, clean & comfortable!! Everything went well just that the restaurant was too slow. Had booked the accom with breakfast. Went to the reception, the staff ask me to sit & waiting a long time.. the reception staff was gone & asking the staff about the breakfast. I think their didnt understand (language barrier) so I just ignore it & went to other reataurant for food!

I was booked 2 room for me and my friend, i check in first on February 5 but when i just arrived the staff told me the hotel is Full so they gonna move me to the 2nd location just 3mins from the Saigon Charm, and he called the taxi for me and told me when i’m arrival to the 2nd location the staff on 2nd location will pay the taxi for me but when i just arrived no one pay that so i need to pay myself. The room on 2nd location is really bad, the staff is bad too. Never comeback

Walking distance to convience store ,night market and easy to reach by transportation. The staff is super nice. Always try to makesure everything as what we ask for. Just the facilities is not so good. The bed is hard. The water heater having problem but if after inform, they do quick fixed. And the iron have to request. Take long time for them to deliver the iron to the room. Other than that, with what we paid. We satisfy with staying here. For Muslim, better stay at Malaysia Street as easy to get halal food.

The bedroom is ok, and easy to hear noises from travelers on the same floor. Also, breakfast is the worst ever from all my travel experiences, better to go out to eat. If you want to save high hotel expense, this hotel is ok for you.

Pictures taken when it’s first open (10yrs ago?), the place is dirty, tv don’t work, bed frame we’re assemble by left over woods, AC controlled by receptionist, shower door don’t closed water leaking out be careful if you have small children. I booked 5 nights checked out right away the next day, I complained to Agoda and hotel owner settled with charging me 2 nights.

Not impressed at all. Our superior room did not even have a window. TV was missing from the room. Photos on Agoda website different from the hotel itself.

A little creepy hotel”

Staff spoke very little English. Hotel had no decoration whatever to indicate it is indeed an operating hotel. Room was very basic. No kettle or tea/coffee making facility. I did not see any other guests staying at the hotel. One night a stranger opened my room door using a key.

Do not consider about Breakfast at all . the attitude is you had to ask weather today breakfast is there or not ..as i was staying during holidays new year. what you get is Bun and omelet basic . 2 days i did not get breakfast and i was charged for water 2 bottles . I mean ...but location is good

They accepted my booking but then informed us that they were full and they will "upgrade" us to another hotel near by at 39 Bui thi xuan. The rooms are all dark small and smelly, absolutely not an upgrade at all. Staffs there never greet us, just staring at you from top to toe. Ecen if u just need a place to stay waiting for your flight, do not book here, or if u do at least say no when they wanna "upgrade" your booking.

I booked a big room for family of five 7 months before our trip. When we checked in, they said they don’t have a big room any more because we booked a room long time ago. They gave us two small rooms. I’m fine with that even it not a right excuse. But the rooms are not the same as they are showed on their site. It can’t be called a hotel. The elevator is so tiny and dirty. The room smelled like mold, funky. I just put our luggages down and looked for different hotel. When I told them that we won’t stay and just pay for a night they don’t refund. My relatives stay for the rest of booking because they don’t want to waste money. My family stay at Nhat Ha hotel, cost more money, but we get what we pay. Large room and have everything we need, important is it’s clean, great buffet breakfast. Please don’t book this hotel, you won’t save any money. Of course, we never come back. I hope I can post the actual pictures of their rooms.

Budget hotel with poor facilities”

Understand that is was just resonated in year 2018, however, many of facilities in the room are damaged and not functioning e.g. power point not working, malfunction of shower head, cut off of water, air-conditioning is not cool at all. The breakfast only served with one fried egg and breads, and of course some hot and cold drinks and also a small plate of watermelon.
