We are a multi-generation family of 6, and we all loved our relaxing, comfortable stay in our villa with pool. The staff were great, helpful, friendly, and responsive. Walking on the beach and playing in the gentle surf were fun for everyone. Just a 45 minute drive from KK airport. Grab comes here. Nice to be away from the crowds,

Best getaway!”
The resort is located just 30 minutes away from KK city at an excluded area. It is very spacious with great sea view especially sunset. They have bathroom with jacuzzi and sauna which was so relaxing. They also have basic cooking utensils at the kitchen (pot, pan, plates, bowls etc.) which I get to cook simple meals and stored my groceries in the refrigerator. But if you’re not cooking, there’s a walking distance cafe-villa nearby ($$). Since it’s our anniversary getaway, we felt very comfortable with the privacy we had through out our stay. Cons: 1) There’s no hotel lobby. So if you’re staying at the apartment, the receptionist is at villa #139 ? (left side from the guard house), and if you’re staying at the villa, the receptionist is on the right side from the guard house next to the cafe-villa. 2) We experience no electricity from 10AM til 3PM on our second day stay. 3) There’s one mini-mart-villa which is very limited. Do buy all your grocery or snacks at KK City before you come.

Superb view and peaceful feeling. Beautiful beach that is SAFE for kids! rest assured during low tide. The beach can stretch almost 60 metres out (shallow, literally walk). Peace and quiet that set your mind to calm and tranquility . Staff are extremely friendly, especially Eve, Zayed and Ovi. (from Sabah Beach Villa) Manjula from Borneo Beach Villa is also extremely friendly and supportive with us. Only set back I could say is that you need to drive there so either rent a car or get a driver or taxi to assist you on the travel part.

Poorly maintained villa with pool”
I stayed at the beach villa before 5 years ago, had a high expectation to spend time with my family for short staycation from our busy daily routine. Upon checking in at PV110, we were greeted with several problems. 1. Garden lights were not functional 2. Shower heater at the 2nd bedroom didn't work 3. Air-conditioner in both bedroom were really dusty. It was a bit difficult for me to sleep as I have sinus problem 4. The lights at the pool outside we're not functional 5. The kitchen utensils were not clean. Especially that one old wooden spatula, looks unusable. The maintenance team did come to fix the garden lights and water heater. Other than that, we had a pleasant stay despite the mentioned problems. Kinda disappointed that we were given a poorly maintained villa as if we were the last option to be assigned staying there. Despite that, I understand it has been difficult for their side as well. I hope things will be okay sooner or later. Thanks again, Sabah Beach Villa!

Getaway From The City”
We love the view of the sea. Even though we are not allowed to swim but it is ok because they have bath tub in the apartment and swimming pool facilties for the kids. It just the location is very far from the city and shops/restaurants so you have to consider to buy ealrly/cook your meals. :)

Love its privacy.. Room clean and well equipped with cooking utensils.. Tv channel needed to be improve.. Staff are great. The stove plug suddenly burned and not functioning call to complain.. Withim 15min technician came to fixed it.. Happy for that.. But remember to take bath early because few stay ago we try to take bath at night, there are no water.. Problematic if emergency need to go no 2.. Unable to wash glass to drink due to no water.. Kitchem sink nearly always clogged. Please improve this..

If u want to swim in the public pool. U have to wear a proper attire. Quite strict. But understandable. Looks like an old hotel. But the bungalow with pool is the best because u have ur own privacy. Love it. Just one of the toilet has drainage problem. And pool needs proper cleaning. Still nice. And I love staying there

Great place for great memories”
Booked this place on Agoda (first time booking using it, quite easy to set up an account and the booking process isn't complicated. The weather was amazing during our stay, the view there is breath-taking. The beautiful white-sand beach and the view of the ocean is just wow, plus it takes 2 minutes to walk from the villa we stayed in to the beach. The villa was comfortable to fit 8 of us. The private pool is also a highlight, you can swim whenever you want, privately. Me and my friends really enjoyed our stay there, and I hope others would enjoy it too! Hope ya'll get a good price for the villa. Stop thinking, this is the place you want to go with your group of friends.
