We had to be in the city at the UC Med hospital. Location is perfect, spacious rooms, clean, I like how the rooms are like little row houses on the ground floor. Perfect for people that need space. Staff super accommodating despite pandemic new normal. Not the best food but there is breakfast and dinner available exactly what we needed. Highly recommend this place.

Stained bedsheets”

No fridge, sheets were stained we didn’t want to lay on them. Cockroaches outside the rooms. But rooms are big and has outside laundry area. Convenient parking as you can park right outside your room.

Place and Stuffs”

Its clean but they should have thicker blankets. Airconditioner have bad smell. Should have breakfast/Restaurant. Place is not so accessible, drivers don’t know the location.

Location was bad. We only booked here 1 night because it was close to the north bus terminal (which was closed) to travel up north Cebu. Room was no wifi, 1 very thin sheet with a stain. But the funny thing is they will charge you P500 if you are leaving a stain on the sheet... they charge for anything. Like asking a extra sheet cost p150. Bathroom smelled. Ameneties for 3 persons was toothbrush and 1 shampoo. I will never book here again

Staff not accommodating ”

Facility and ambiance is good. Not the staff though, they are not very friendly and accommodating. Also, not organized.

If you are looking for cheap accommodation near the SM Mall in Cebu, this is not bad. We found the room to be clean and secure. The staff are helpful and it's not too noisy, considering the location. There are limited facilities however. There is no kettle or fridge, no toiletries and the towels are merely adequate. The first night we stayed here, the toilet was missing a seat and their were a few mosquitoes about. We returned for a second night and in this room we had a toilet seat but the hot water wasn't working. I am used to bucket wash so it wasn't a great concern for one night. The hot water system is one of those instant electric systems which are okay for a hot country.

Cheap no-frills”

We almost cancelled our booking after checking the reviews, which were very bad but a second batch of reviews were very good so we decided to try our luck. Glad we did. It is a no frills hotel, so if you are looking for the usual basic facilities, like coffee making and toiletries,you should try elsewhere. If you want the convenience of being relatively close to the SM Mall, clean rooms with toilet and electric shower,cable television and reasonable WiFi, this is not bad at all. Staff are pleasant and helpful

If you are looking for a place near to airport, SM cebu and other places near the city, this place is absolutely okay. Different kind of transportation is available and Vhire is available. You can go to sto nino church via vhire with minimal fee.

The staffed are ok but not so helpful. The bathroom and beds are filthy. The towels are dirty.

The cr is not maintained and there is cockroach. Management is not responsible for any loss. The first only thing i like here is the bed. The first room they gave us had dusty and dirty cr and the secondary lock as well as door peep hole are broken. Then 2nd room given has a faucet that is broken and the drainage doesn't go down right away.

No aircon working no kitchen, no tea making facilities ,swimming pool not allowed as under repair .complete disaster. Next to highway with no foot path to buy food or get water to drink .Agoda 10 out ten for Booking .But Hotel S&M No Good

Id give the cleanliness and the staff a rating of zero if i can. When you flush the toilet bowl, water comes out of the drainage in the shower which smells very bad. Housekeeping people are okay but the receptionists obviously dont care. They dont smile, they dont greet you. I didnt dare to use the shower during my stay.
