Staff under pressure”

Checkin was all good. Not enough condiments in room - tried phoning Reception, Housekeeping and Room Service - NO response from any of them! Don't even get me started on restaurant service, there was barely any.

Rooms very small”

No hair dryers, you cannot use the toilet if someone wants to enter the bathroom, overall the room grossly over priced. Try and get a special price but even then it’s overpriced. Excellent location for a one nighter.

Hotel stay was very good no problems at all. Room was a nice the bed was even better so comfy. Bathroom shower was nice and big. Staff were friendly. Didn't try out the food places there but definitely will for next time.
