The room is really clean and it has everything you need. The family who owns the hotel takes care of you and they do their best to provide you the best service. Definitely recommended for foreigners who want to share moments with a vietnamese family.

Great stay”
Great stay, facilities and environment are very good, hot water is enough, the little brother at the front desk is very enthusiastic, will recommend you to try delicious and cheap local specialties. Although it is not a tourist hotspot, it makes me feel the quietness of the city and the strong human touch. I hope that the boss will do better and the business will flourish.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The family who takes care of the property made my stay wonderful. The sons can speak English. They were very hospitable and offered myself and a guest to join them for meals on two separate occasions. They were keen to offer a lot of suggestions to make my trip memorable. The room was fine. It was clean and had the necessary things one needs. The hotel location is in a quiet neighborhood only few mins by motorbike or taxi to the center. It is reachable by foot for the active travellers. There is a mini mart and a few food establishments around there. I would recommend and I hope to return on my next trip.

Best Service! Best price! Good Hotel!”
We stayed here for one night, but the stuff is soo good. Speaken very well English. It was possible to put our motorbikes in the basement and the stuff told us, how we could buy good food. A Supermarket is 2 minutes from the Hotel. At the next day the guy from the hotel bring us to the gas station. For two kilogrammes laundry the hotel only wanted a small amount of money, so good!

Pros: -Most of the staff were very pleasant to deal with. When I asked if the roof-top cafe was open and was told no, the lady at the front desk brought me a coffee for free which was above and beyond my expectations. She also changed my room to a better mosquito-free room when I asked if they had anything to stop mosquitoes biting at night - a net or a plug-in. The young fellow at reception also spoke good English and was helpful. -Spotlessly clean rooms and lobby. -Newly built/renovated hotel - everything was in very good condition and the room was great value for money. -Quiet at night. Cons: - It's located in a developing area away from the town centre. Getting to places on foot when it rained proved difficult. - The mattresses were hard. - There were people smoking in the lobby. - The older gentleman at the front desk spoke no English and was difficult to deal with.

Very friendly, comfortable stay”
Very friendly and welcoming family that run the hotel. They even incited me to have dinner with them which was so nice. The son speaks quite decent English which is rare around here. If you don't have a bike it's a couple of kms out of the main part of town so bare that in mind. Although a taxi into town is just $2.

Worst hostel ever”
I have been stayed 1 night prepaid via Agoda, when I first met owner she said no more room despite I booked, paid. Hotel room is using for Cave so much dirty, the bed is uncomfortable. Terrible

Très excentré, rien autour quartier résidentiel, parle pas anglais, pas de café thé ou bouteille d'eau. Juste 1 couverture....par 15 degrés.... Wifi ok, eau chaude mais pour 1 douche pas trop longue.

Phòng hơi bé, đèn tối, chất lượng wifi rất kém, khi phòng bên cạnh mở cửa phòng tôi ở có âm thanh rất to, gây khó chịu cho tôi.
