Неожиданно!!!!”
Мы попали в заброшенный отель, на огромной территории много домиков, почти все заброшены или разрушены! На территории прудики, музеи с фосфором с паутинами и пылью. Мы хотели переехать, но остались, т.к.остановились там на одну ночь! Но! Не смотря на эту жуть, отличное расположение, спалось хорошо, в общем от отеля почему-то остались хорошие воспоминания и эмоции.

Необычный отель”
Отель очень необычный. Отель-музей, где собраны старинные вьетнамские домики. Некоторые используются под номера. Территория, большая, красивая и ухоженная. Очень понравилась беседка с прудиком с цветущими лотосами и терраса, где накрывают завтрак. Завтрак - яичница, багеты, плавленный сыр, джем, масло, растворимый кофе, чай. Выбора нет, но нам все понравилось. Запасайтесь репеллентами, есть комары. Вай-фай только на ресепшене. Мы бронировали номер делюкс, но нам сказали, что он занят и предоставили только стандарт, вернув разницу в цене. Не знаю, на что похож делюкс, но стандарт очень простенький и аскетичный. Душ отдельно никак не выгорожен, просто лейка. Кондиционер работал нормально. Кровать немного жестковата. Честно говоря, когда увидела номер, немого пожалела, что мы выбрали этот отель. Но спалось в номере комфортно. Единственно, мужа покусали комары. Несмотря на спиральку, которую жгли у нашей двери, парочка комаров все-таки пробралась. А утренний завтрак на веранде остался очень приятным воспоминанием. Расположение отеля - в двух шагах от пристани с лодками, откуда возят по Там Коку. В деревне есть где поесть. При этом, благодаря большой территории, в отеле очень уединенная атмосфера. Чувствуешь себя, практически, наедине с природой. ИМХО, именно за атмосферой сюда стоит ехать, если не боитесь небольших неудобств.

Деревенский отдых в красивейшем месте”
Отель только для самостоятельных путешественников. Условия необычные, это вьетнамский исторический музей и частично отель. Мы были 3 дня после длительного путешествия по нескольким странам, поэтому нужен был спокойный отдых. Завтраки на фоне скал, иногда мы были даже одни в отеле. Мимо каждое утро прогоняли огромное стадо гусей. Красивейшая природа, сразу за отелем пешеходная тропа между изумрудно зеленых рисовых полей до Том Кок. Съездили на мотобайках с дайвером в Транг Анд, поднялись на 500 ступеней в Майв Кев. Восторг от всего увиденного полнейший, красота неимоверная. Но для любителей комфортного отдыха отель не подойдет и в этом его изюминка.

Beautiful facility - perfect location and quiet”
Our first impression upon arriving via cab from Ninh Binh was "WOW"! The facility and grounds are absolutely beautiful. The location tucked under limestone karsts is gorgeous. The rooms are located in "ancient" traditional Vietnamese houses that have been relocated from various provinces around the country. The rooms are simple and basic with a comfortable bed, clean bath, hot water, etc. The location is what sets the Vietnamese Ancient Village apart. The family that owns and operates the facility are all very kind and welcoming. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Totally relaxation”
This place is fantastic. Totally beautiful location. They are still restoring some of the houses. You can wonder the small garden paths and look at the own little cave. Set off the main high road it's very peaceful. Some good restaurants and shops. Within walking distance. Highly recommended the rooms where very clean. Breakfast was superb. On site clothes washing. And the dogs are wonderful... Would live here for ever

limited stuff, not enough care for guest and facility is old, so not recommend for long stay, but good location and museum like buildings are difficult to find in the other. I really enjoyed.

Fascinating environment”
Magical environment. Nothing can compare with the experience. However it is not for everyone. The place appears run-down and the apparent lack of staff can appear off-putting at first. However when you realise that you are actually staying in a museum and there are also very friendly staff living on site, all your fears are washed away. Atmospheric. Located next to main departure point for boat rips, restaurants, buses.

Nice Resort”
This resort location only 200m far from boat station, is the ancient village. Feeling special. Excellent value, good breakfast choices, clean room, staff friendly. Highly recommend to other travelers. Fantastic stay from star to finish. Owner didn't let us in to the rooms until 10 am ( we arrived 5am and it was raining) , but staff lady was so nice to offer us tea. Would stay again

Best place to stay in Ninh Binh!”
The owner and stuffs are very generous. She always helps us in our every needs include suggestion of sightseeing around Ninh Binh. Breakfast is limited. Good location..It takes 5 minutes walks to the center. The hotel is ancient Vietnamese architect. You can enjoy the trait of Vietnamese past in every step you walk in this hotel.

Beautiful resort, very good location”
The resort is so beautiful and in good location where you can go by boat, bicycle for visiting beautiful places. Restaurant and bar are in walking distance. Room is okay.

A ghost hotel”
Like a ghost hotel, no staff anytime and anywhere. Its an old village but semms that nobody takes care of the houses. It needs a lot of work to be a 25 usd hotel, it should coast maximun 10. Matress was terrible. the staff didnt speak any english. Dont rent motocycle with them, they charge you 175, while in the rest of the city is charged 100.

Beautiful but cold”
We enjoyed this hotel but it was cold and rainy out during our stay which made it less enjoyable. If it's the cold season, I wouldn't bother staying here. The rooms have no heat and there are large gaps between the door and the door frame. You are served breakfast outdoors so you really never get a chance to warm up. Also, it's located off a dirt road that gets really muddy when it rains. Other than that, it's stunning and unique.
