Wonderful homestay in Hue”
Lovely homestay hosted by a wonderful, warm couple.We went to Hue during lunar new year and lot of businesses were shut for the holiday. They went out of their way to call up, check if the restaurants were open and booked cabs to take us there. They kept checking on us to make sure we are finding everything we needed during this time. Also the other best thing is its location- Situated right next to the imperial citadel .Quite close to old part of Hue. I would definitely recommend this place to all guests!

Perfect stay in hue”
Perfect located in the old calm town (off the beaten track of other tourists). Staff super helpful (many inputs where we could find what; coffee, breakfast, local food, vegetarian food, beer) The room and house was so nice we would have prolonged our stay if they would not have been fully booked. We would stay here again if we come back to hue and can recommend it to the fullest!

Amazing place and great host”
The host Tinh is super friendly and would assist you to roam around the city. The room is as it is shown in the picture. The place is in old town and you might need to connect with the host in case Google doesn't cooperate with the location. Love the homestay and enjoyed my time at Tinh's place.

The owner, Binh, was really friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was seamless and Binh provided many recommendations on where to eat and where to see etc. The apartment was really nice and clean as well. It was a wonderful experience staying here and would highly recommend this homestay!

Beautiful Stay!”
Homestay looks exactly like the photos taken. I love how homely and cosy the room was and how the natural light fell in the room in the morning when the curtains were pulled back. The toilet was spacious and well-maintained. I slept well during my stay and felt very safe. It was also my first time to Hue and staying here was a big part of the amazing experience I have had. Everyone in the house was friendly, helpful and approachable, and made you feel very welcomed! Food recommendations were given and I especially love the Banh Khoai, it was superb!! I would love to be back when I have the opportunity again :) Thank you so much again T and family!!

Highly recommended”
We enjoyed our time staying in this place. It is not quite close to the busy spot of the city (walking street) but very near the imperial city. Hue city is small anyway, so the location of the homestay is not a problem. There is nothing to complain, really. The room is very clean, and convenient. The host is attentive, adorable and very helpful. We happened to check in early at 4 am without prior notice (my bad). And the host just warmly welcome us with no extra charge. We really appreciated. If I have chance to visit Hue again, I’ll definitely book this place to stay.

Beautiful home”
Room was clean, bed comfortable and the hosts super chill and helpful. Located in the old imperial city, minutes from the palace. You can wander around on foot and find interesting things and food. We had a lovely stay. Thank you.

Lovely couple that own the homestay, beautiful contemporary design. Every welcoming gave me great suggestions on where to eat and what to see. Home is in a very much in a local neighbor, so if you like to be away from tourist. That said , I haven't experienced local grocery stores in Vietnam set up where you really don't go in but choose from a selection in the front of the store. And only found one store in the area that I could get a cold beer. This is something I like in a room. is a mini fridig and hot water kettle. Bed is comfy with nice bedding and great pillows. Oh, and it is very close to Imperial Citadel. And I found it interesting to see the little local contemporary fashion shops and beauty related stores and endless coffee hangouts.

Beatiful homestay”
We fall in love with Hue, in large part due to our stay at the Purple Hue Homestay. The hosts are great, and their house is beautiful. Note that it is not at the tourists’ area, it is at a quiet residential district close to the citadel.

Ein Tag in einer liebenswerten Familie ”
Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Homestay hat uns gut gefallen. Wir wurden am Anfang direkt von Binh‘s liebenswerten Familie aufgenommen, die uns direkt mit leckeren Früchten und etwas zu trinken versorgt hat. Binh konnte sehr gutes Englisch sprechen und somit war die Kommunikation sehr einfach. Außerdem hat er uns alle Sehenswürdigkeiten auf einer Karte gezeigt und somit konnten wir, trotz unserem kurzem Aufenthalt, sehr viel von Hué sehen. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und ordentlich. Immer wider gerne :)

La famille est très sympatique ! ils m'ont beaucoup aidé a préparer mon voyage sur place. La maison est très sympa est jolie. Attention par contre, elle n'est pas dans le quartier touristique mais dans la vielle ville. Pour moi c'est un avantage, mais ca peut déranger certains! Je recommande chaudement

Fantastic place”
Had a wonderful stay at the purple hue homestay. Definitely one of my favorites during my travels in Southeast Asia. Very friendly & hospitable (and English speaking) hosts with the cutest daughters. A chance to get a taste of Vietnamese culture. Food was excellent as well. Room is very clean and large in size with a nice large bathroom. Location is central in Hue on a quiet side street close to the citadel. Overall, highly recommended!!
