Great place! ”
This was a place to remember! The host were so kind and accommodating:) Every night they go around with a set menu for breakfast that you can choose from and cook it fresh in the morning. The room is spacious, bathroom is large, and the AC is great. I rented a motorbike from them at a reasonable rate and they made sure I knew how it worked. The location is on the west side of the lake with some nice roosters as backyard friends (could hear them a little). Overall, this homestay was comfortable and provided everything I needed!

The family was very friendly and helpful. The room was large, with bathroom, the breakfast was also decent. The home located in the center of the village, near the lake. I also rented a motorbike from them , for 120 a day. And they even booked me a bus to go back to Hanoi.

The best you can choose!!”
Our stay at Westlake Homestay was amazing. We arrive at 04.00 in the morning ant they already let us to our room unless checkin would be 2pm. The breakfast ist very good and comes with fresh fruits and juice. Also the Location is very central to all the important places and of course you can rent motorcycles at the homestay. The Staff was soo friendly, the also give us two bottles of water when we checked out for free. We would definitely come againg and stay at this amazing place. Ps. Also the rooms were big and very clean.

Thank you Tam Coc Honestay for a wonderful experience. Phong is pretty much the most welcoming, warm host you could imagine to meet. Cant describe the good vibes I felt here. I spent Christmas Eve here and the whole staff made us dinner, drinks, and created a beautiful little party. Great memories.

Great location, very peaceful.”
This very peaceful homestay is just so good. I’m not really sure why it is called a homestay because the accommodation is in very comfortable little bungalows. The bungalows look very new and are in excellent condition, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom and showers are as good as any I’ve come across in Vietnam. The family who own this homestay are fantastic, very nice, helpful and friendly. It is just a five minute walk into town and all of its facilities. I needed to visit a pharmacy after being stung on the face by a wasp, so one of the family members drove me into town to get some help. Very grateful, thank you.

Amazing ”
This has been the highlight of my Vietnamese travels so far! We hired a motorbike with Mrs Phuong and all locations that we wanted to visit were straight forward to get to. As soon as we arrived she asked us what we wanted to do and how and helped us plan every step of the way. She made everything so easy! Her and her family make you feel extremely welcome. I would definitely stay here again. This homestay elevated our experience in Ninh Binh. Thank you!

Very pleasant stay at Westlake Homestay. A real family run operation (3 generations) in which they really cared about making my stay comfortable and hassle free. The room was clean and very spacious - sheets and towels are all new. Well located right on the lake, it was a nice place to relax under the trees during the mid-day heat. There are lots of choices in the area, but I would certainly stay here again.

Fantastic”
I loved my stay at Tam Coc Westlake. I was picked up by Ms Phuong from the bus and brought to the accommodation. Once I was settled, she explained all the different tourist attractions and things to do around Tam Coc. She really went above and beyond, and all staff there were friendly. Location is brilliant. A 5 minute walk into Tam Coc town, near all the restaurants. Tam Coc lake is right in front of the accommodation. The room was very clean, nice and big. The bathroom was large and had soap and fresh towels. There was a kettle and coffee inside the room. A lockable wardrobe also to store your clothes and valuables. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. Lots of food and freshly cooked to order. You get your breakfast, tea/coffee and a juice. Also it comes from half a baby pineapple, so really lots of food! Loved Tam Coc and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great service, perfect location”
This hotel is run by a local family where we could enjoy a quite, peaceful and simple athmosphere but with all comfort. It is located 2min walking distance to the Tam Coc boat tours, restaurants and shops. Altought the shower system is not the most convenient, the room was very large and comfortable. Ms. Phuong it was very friendly and gave us all the relevant information to visit Tam Coc and Ninh Binh area. Her family was also very attentive during her absence. They have bikes (50k dong/day) and motorbikes (120 dongs/day) for renting at a low price. The breakfast is limited to a 3 items (eat/drink from the menu) but the pineapple pancake, mango juice and local coffee were enough and really amazing. For sure will recommend my friends to stay at this hotel and consider to come back again.

Perfect”
Had traveled extensively in Vietnam in the past 10 years this was my first experience in Ninh Binh providence, we originally booked only two nights and extended to 3 nights. Ms Phuong the owner gave us five star hospitality and extremely attentive the rooms are very basic yet very large and super clean motorbikes rental available at this home stay, location is good only few minutes walk to restaurants and convenience stores. In conclusion I highly recommend this place.

Bambi Bungalows 2 minutes from Tam Coc Boatstation”
Tam Coc Westlake Homestay was perfect for us. I travelled with my sister we had a huge bed and a big bathroom. Since everything was quiet new it had an interesting bamboo smell to it but we adapted to that very quickly. The owner was super helpful and very generous but we would recommend to book Busses in the city. Breakfast was really tasty :)
