A lovely getaway!”

We spent three very pleasant and peaceful nights here. The staff are really friendly and they can arrange lots of services for you. The rooms are well-equipped and stylish with very comfy beds. We particularly enjoyed the delicious two-course breakfast. There are lots of eating and drinking options nearby. Two tips: 1) there is no pool but you can pay 50,000 to use the pool at a hotel down the road. 2) If you pay by card at the property, 3% is added to the bill.

Overall a good hotel”

The hotel location is quite difficult to find and they are located at a corner of a road. Nevertheless the hotel room is very spacious. The hotel looks new and it is based on a resort style. Yous are able to rent motorcycle or Bicycle (free) at the hotel with a reasonable price. The food location is approximately 15 mins walk from the hotel or you can opts for a meal at their restaurant which is just right outside your room.

Location: around the Tam Coc lake so in quiet environment. But only 5 min from the main street for food, mini marts, etc. Rooms: spacious, clean, many power sockets also near bed, AC working very well, shower in great condition, good power, hot water needs to be activated but heats up very quickly (turn off when you are done to save power). Complimentary shampoo, shower gel, toiletries, water, snacks, coffee. Hairdryer. Bed super comfy. Cleaning daily. When you leave the room, power doesn't turn off automatically, so be mindful to turn off the AC when you leave. Breakfast: delicious. My favourite was French toast with coconut and banana. And the juices are divine. Everything you order is very nice! Laundry: 50.000 VND per kilo. Used it and was great. A beautiful retreat to cool down and relax after a long day! I will definitely come back here! No cons! :-)

Great stay. The staff are very helpful, and they served delicious breakfast, especially the omelette! The facilities are in place, though I wished they had TV.

Homely stay”

Comfortable and good place. Staff were super friendly and helpful with tips and rental of bikes. Breakfast was served to order and yummy. Although the electricity tripped a couple of times, it was to be expected in a small town like this, and the staff got everything back up quickly. Highly recommend to stay here while exploring Ninh Binh

My mom and I stayed here in April and loved our stay. The host/owner is amazing - helpful and kind. The breakfast was delicious! The room was clean, comfortable and well done. We liked the gardens outside and the cute courtyard. FREE bike rental was also great and biking was very popular in this area. I would definitely recommend it.

Amazing Value for Tam Coc”

Great location! Right by the Tam Coc boat tours, in fact, you enter the property through the parking lot used by the boat tours down a quiet little street off to the left; our private car from halong bay got lost and ended up in an alley on the back side of the property and we had to hike through someone's property. The rooms are light and clean, though, for westerners, the bathroom can take a little bit to get used to. The host / manager of the property was amazing and accommodating. She recommended skipping the boat tours in Tam Coc and to go directly to Trang An for the best. She was dead on and it was great. We rented bikes directly from the property, rode bikes (included), and did laundry. All in all, there's no major complaints I have and given the accommodations available in the area (they're pretty slim), I would easily recommend this place again.

A lovely little place, with friendly and helpful staff who did a fantastic job providing information, suggestions and making arrangements for us. The hotel is small, with less than 10 rooms but each room is spacious and very clean. A great location, with everything within a short walk. Breakfast was lovely. Highly recommended.

Tam Coc strategic stay”

Location is good, a walk to Tam Coc harbour. Tam Coc harbour actually is the main hub for the place. Bus stop, ticket counter etc. Free bicycle for us the cycle around. Person in charge is friendly and helpful. A very nice hotel with nice environment. We had s pleasant stay over here. Will come back again if we visit Ninh Binh again.

Great location, lovely staff”

The location in Tam Coc is great, it's only a few hundred metres to the town centre. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They waiting over an hour to meet our delayed bus the night we arrived so that we would be able to find out way to the hotel. Bicycle rental is free, and we were able to ride around the area to visit all of the sites we wanted to see. The area itself is very beautiful and lovely to explore, and all the people are so friendly.

Amazing service”

Only one staff who did the check in, check out, cooking, serving guests at breakfast and lending bicycles to us. She is really efficient, helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfortable but need TV.

Very friendly atmosphere ”

We stayed two night to this boutique hotel, we had a lively time. The location is perfect to visit the area, the staff is very friendly and helpfull and the room is big and clean and you can borrow the bicycles. I will recomabd 100% this place.

Best ever host”

Han was best ever host we have ever had. She gave us great advice, helped arrange our trip in Ninh Binh and helped arranging trains and taxis. We are so glad we chose to stay with her and will highly recommend this hotel to our friends.

Ít s convienient to go around the Tam Coc”

The Hotel offered the free bicycles. It took 500 m to Tam Cốc habour, 3 km to Mua Cave. Everything is good. However, the water from the sink was so smelly, and they will charge extra 3% on the totall bill if u pay by credit card.
