A lovely little hotel”

This family run establishment offers an attractive cafe and simple, clean, functional rooms. The staff were the highlight. They were so friendly and helpful. The a/c was strong, and the WiFi was decent (a little slow sometimes but not bad). There was no safe in the room though, and the fluorescent lighting became hard on the eyes after a while. Overall, it's a nice spot to stay for a night or two.

Excellent customer service, room is clean but lacks of airflow”

Staff here are friendly and helpful when I ask them about places to visit. They also help me buy fruits home as gift with careful packaging service. First, I booked the Family Room but it was smelly so they offered me to change room with additional costs. I was OK with it but still the new room had quite unpleasant smell if I didn’t open the door for air to come in. You’d better book room on 1st & 2nd floor. Location is good, nearby Vincom Plaza and local market. Coffee shops are in nearby street with cheap price. Bike rental is also available, just that it’s more expensive than I expected.

Great staff, very clean and comfortable stay”

The staff here are great, both friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and modern with good wifi and aircon. Great value for the price. It's not in the centre and takes about 20 minutes to walk there. Taxis are very cheap, costing about 30K dong or $1.30. There are restaurants in the area though.

Friendly staff and quiet place”

I would recommend this hotel. The room is quiet and staff is friendly. Hot shower was not functioning. It is quite far from the night market and the riverfront so have to take taxi, but the people here is nicer then the people in Saigon. So, they are highly unlikely to cheat you.

Very guiet clean hotel, about two km from the waterfront wharf and market area. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Located just off the main thoroughfare in a quiet somewhat upscale street. Would return on another visit without bothering to look for other accommodation.

Great clean and spacious room with friendly staff”

Great hotel with friendly staff! Highly recommend booking a tour through them. They use ecotours and it was a great 3 hour morning tour and perfect amount of time. We even asked the reception if they could inquire if they had any other 2 person groups going so that we could combine for a cheaper fare. She called them, and we joined another couple to save a bit on the price. Definitely get the tour guide if you can. Reception also arranged a bus for us with pick-up. Great stay!

Far from centre but very nice and so friendly”

The hotel was fantastic, very clean, working air con, and very friendly staff who helped us with tour bookings, bus reservation, and restaurant recommendations as we arrived very late and very hungry (went to tai hung, super delicious pho!). It's a bit far from the city centre ( about a 30'minute walk), but otherwise everything was great!

Firstly, to finish,theM in Lan was a nite and day mare! The Sprng was spotless and excellent,and the best hotel I've had in Vietnam over 6wks. The room was amazing. After 3nites.more I booked 3more=7. CONS,it falls down totally when no English temp is here. I wanted a bath on 3nites, No hot water. On the 3rd nite,the boy came at 1045pm,at 1125 he said broken and left. At last they know I'm not the stupid 1. I'm over70yrs and there is a lady who makes b/fast younger, NO ENGLISH and a nosy one. One nite I buy 4beers,sit down,and she open my bag,take out a beer and look at it as I watched! Now,affter 6days I've had a guts full of her poking her nose in. Tonite,She thinks she can fix my hot water,in the end,I hand signal to her to get out. Other day,I do all hand signals to her for a broom, I get a can of spray! Maybe spend 2nites here,and DON'T be 1who spends lot's of time online in room doing personal business, otherwise after 7nites you'll have an intense headache!!

Apart from being a bit far from the city centre everything was just fine: helpful & friendly staff, tidy and well-equipped room, tasty breakfast. As there are free bicycles or motorbikes for rent, the distance to the centre is not really a problem. Very quiet, too.

Couldn't ask for a better stay!”

We unfortuneately only had 2 nights in Can Tho but at least we picked the perfect place to stay. Perfect location for Futa shuttle bus pick up and drop off. (1st to get dropped off arriving, last to get picked up departing). The rooms are spacious, very clean, geeat shower. The staff are amazing! The always made sure everything was going smoothly for us. We only had breakfast there, but it was great and the coffee was perfect! It is about 2 KM from the walking street (easy taxi ride though) but it is totally peacful (except for the odd dog barking) we would defineately stay there again if we went back to Can Tho.

Very friendly and helpful staff”

We could only stay one night but were still treated in a more than perfect manner. We arrived rather late and wanted to do a trip to the floating markets next morning starting at 5am. Even on such short notice organization was no problem for the friendly hotel staff. After returning from the trip at noon we could use our room again for a short time to freshen up before travelling on. Additionally we got served free iced tea while waiting for our pickup. The room was very large and the hotel is beautiful with its marble staircase. Free bicycle are available as well.

Friendly, clean but bad location”

We had a short stay in Can Tho and the hotel was great. For a longer periode I would prefure a hotel closer to the center, taxi fares vary between 30.000 and 40.000Dong (city center-hotel), depending on the taxi company. The hotel has a vietnamees name aswell so best if you remember this for the taxi driver.

Super Friendly, Helpful, and Clean”

Loved this place. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot with good pressure, wifi connection was strong, mini fridge was stocked, and the women at the desk were very helpful. It isn't right in the main downtown bit, so you need to motorbike to the waterfront, but if you are looking for a quiet place to veg out, this is it.

both staff & management made me feel comfortable and welcome from the moment i arrived until the time i left. they were very responsive when needed, & their knowledge of local transport and sites helped ensure i optimised my time in can tho, on the budget i had. management spoke good english. for me it was without doubt the best value hotel in vietnam.

Nice and clean hotel a bit outside of town”

This hotel is siuated some 2-3 km out of the centre and you would need some transport. The staff of the hotel is very helpful. Some drawbacks: There was no chair in the room to sit while watching tv or so. You had to sit on the bed (not so good for the back). The hotel is a bit noisy and little has been done to reduce it. On my last day a rotary hammer drill and hammering started at 7 AM and finished about 9 AM. When confronted he receptionist said: Well, what can we do. It's the neighbours. If they want to hammer, let them. The correct answer would have been: We told them that this is a hotel and that they should start making massive noise from on 9 AM. So: Little concern for paying guests.

A pleasant place to stay”

We enjoyed our stay at Spring Hotel, and the receptionist was friendly and spoke good English. One criticism is that we were not woken up at 5 am. as arranged. Fortunately we got up anyway, but we could have been late for the Floating Market trip. Location is out of the centre but there were some interesting places nearby.
