To the Staff”

Hotel is so good and the overlooking, what i didnt like is the staff, did not pay attention to the occupied room. we checked in but after we checked in we were inside the room and somebody just open the door(another guest). RECEPTIONIST must pay attention.

Opportunity for Improvement”

Location is ok since you can jog or walk in Croc park. Room is ok but needs more improvement on the food and customer service. The 650 pesos weekend buffet is not worth it. And hotel doesnt allow food deliveries. Maybe you could check the 1 key card policy per room. It's comfortable for the guests if you have an extra one.

Poor customer service and cleanliness”

The bathroom smells bad which has affected the entire suite room and the bedside table has like some sort of anay. We had to insist to be transferred before we were assisted to a different room. The same thing happened when we requested for an extra key card, they refused at first and had to insist before we were given.

What kind of hotel does not allow outside food and drinks?”

They serve only 4 breakfast choices, if you stay here long enough you will eventually want something else BUT they don't allow outside food and drinks so Grab food/Foodpanda is off the table. Our hotel room was well lit, cool ac, it had comfortable bed, but the toilet stinks. Although it smelled bad, the rain shower was great. Overall those are the two things I didn't like about the hotel. Some other things I wanna share: 1. They strictly charge for early check-in and late check out. Other big hotels give this for free if they have the chance but Sotogrande doesn't. 2. Pool is only open from 7am to 10am. 3. If you're thinking of using the gym - Treadmills don't work and there's very little equipment. 4. You can go to the hotel lobby and ask them to call a cab for you. 5. The area is very nice if you're a cyclist.

This is the finest location for you to jog in the morning! has a huge area to run over. The hotel itself is quite elegant. Even though we just reserved a deluxe room, the experience was excellent. Do take the time to appreciate the huge concierge. It's superb!

The staffs are accommodating and kind to the customers needs and queries. The place is comfy and very clean. There is an elevator for every floor. The rooms are very chic and clean. I love the setting of the rooms.

-no towels provided in the pool area -the no outside food policy is bs. -during our stay, pest control was conducted. imagine the noise of the equipment at 10pm.

1. Food - arrived after 2 hours plus!!! Kids were sooooo hungry!!!! Finally excited that food arrived, tuna sandwich (yes sandwich for 2 hours!) was already sloppy and fries was cold. Lasagna came 15 mins after and was icecold inside. Pizza was the kind that you buy frozen and just bake, really bad!!! You’d expect something great for the price! 2. Front desk - seriously need customer service training. I thought they were rude to us. It also happened to our brother too! We booked 3 rooms for two nights. It’s as if they dont know what they were doing! 3. Food delivery - i get that some hotels don’t allow them to go up. This hotel however doesnt even allow the del guys to leave with the guard. So i told the guy to just leave it on the road side until we were ready to go down! This bad! 4. Pool — bring your own towel, unless you wanna pay a rent of 200 per towel. 😅 there’s a pool menu that doesnt have rice. They wouldnt allow it, so the kids instead of eating in the pool needed to go to the room to eat! Pool menu served pizza but everything except Hawaiian is available. And pizza was really bad and takes 1 hour to deliver. We didnt want to complain here and wanted to talk to the manager or supervisor, cos honestly we like the location of the place, but everyone’s busy. The pool guy (agency employee) doesnt even know the name of the manager. Nobody does. Not a relaxing stay at all. Too bad.

Guards are not polite, will not even greet you. Foods are not okay. And worst parking lot is at the back, you let your guest carry their luggage from the back because they have no access to it.

The hotel was clean, the entire room was very neat as well and it smells good. Staffs are very nice and the place was elegat=nt.

Our family had a great experience during our stay here. It was a very nice place, amenities are good and near to Crocodile park and you can walk and jog around the area.

Good Hotel”

Hotel is accesible from the airport if you have a private car. It is nestled in a green lush area with so much fresh air away from the hurly burly of the city itself. The rooms are clean. Staff are very helpful and courteous. However, the downside is their on site restaurant. The hotel could attract more visitors and stay longer, if they hire more kitchen staff and stock up main ingredients for the food stated on the menu. When we stayed there, most of the food on the menu were not available. Sad. Our business partners who went to the hotel and admired the hotel but not the restaurant. Considering the hotel is far away from other restaurants. The food were being cooked longer, you have to wait for 30-45 mins for your order. Please add more kitchen staff. Overall, this hotel I would recommend if you are only staying there to sleep. They have pool and mini gym too. This hotel could improve but good enough.

Good value, that's about it”

Basic amenities are present, and they include a single bathtub, so great to have. They include the usual toiletries, although I would describe it as enough for what you paid for. Slippers and toothbrush are a bit flimsy. Menu-wise for Cafe Soto, I got a very thinly sliced cake for ₱150... VERY THIN. That's all I would have to say.
