The hotel is good choice for staying”
Near many restaurants, the Sun plaza and Cable Car station. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The room is clean. My room has balcony with valley view, so beautiful. I highly recommend this hotel for those who are planning to visit Sapa.

Great location with a sweet view”
+ the "view rooms" all have a great view regardless of which floor. Our room and the building were clean. The bed was hard (which we like) and pillows were good. Cute little balcony with a great view, a good place to relax and read. The elevator was very fast... Which we haven't come across in Vietnam until now ;) Good location, walkable to anywhere you'd want to go, minutes from centre square. Buffet breakfast had a good variety of fruit, slices of bread, rice and noodle dishes, pho and coffee, juice and tea. Hotel staff spoke some English and arranged transport back to the train station. We would stay here again, good value for money.

Pano room totally worth it! Morning, night, no need to go outside for amazing Mountain View. Clean room, staff is very friendly, they have shower room and luggage storage for your early-check-in and late-check-out. Good breakfast buffet too. Anything BUT coffee :s Staff is very helpful for direction and tour and calling taxi. Recommended!

Great location. Great staff. Room got water heater and heater on the bed. Halal restaurant dlion can reach by walking 2-3minutes. Can discover Sapa town by walking.Walk 30minutes to catcat village . 5-10minutes walk to sun plaza

Everything was great. We upgraded to a better room with lift and greater view and balcony. Never regretted the extra paid. Staf were very friendly and helpful..the only Halal food restaurant in Sapa is available at Cosiana Hotel which is just a few doors away from Phuang Nam Hotel. On our last day they even allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel's baggage room while we continue to explore Sapa..our bus to Hanoi was at 4pm. While waiting we were allowed to rest at the sofa area and use the toilets to freshened up. We could not get extended stay becoz the rooms were fully booked. Highly recommended. Sapa is a great destination!!!

Booked 2 family room with awesome Fansipan mountain view. Double bed equip with bed heater. Awesome rooftop deck for better view. Nice breakfast buffet. Informative staffs. Walking distance to Sun Plaza, Sapa - Fansipan Tram and Sapa Church. Value for money.

I am greatful to the hotel for helping me to locate my hand phone. I told them that I may have drop my hand-phone on the minibus that l had alighted just an hour ago. They tried to locate the minibus by checking on their CCTV. I manage ti get the phone number of the minibus from other minibus. After seeing doing a conversation on the phone he assure me that my hand phone had been located. After coming back in the evening, he gave me the hand phone. He help me to negotiate with the taxi man to compensate for his transport. I try offering him some compensation and he declined. I felt very touch by the services render to me.

We booked for a couple room but they gave us a 4 persons room without extra charge, but the room was big and the heater is not really warm up the room. The kettle provided is rusted inside and we requested for a change. They changed for us but the second kettle also rusted inside and they insisted it is fine. We took the kettle but we didn't use it.

Very nice views of Fansipan. Although not as exactly as what the website shows but is good enough. ”
Shower pressure was not ideal though, just trickling water. Staff are friendly and effective. They unclogged the toilet bowl when the problem happened at 11pm. Should have more amenities such as face towel or shaver set.
