Great stay, super comfy! ”
Wow, value for money! The room was spacious and clean. Bed was soooo comfy- I never wanted to leave it actually. A nice location as you are super close to the center and everything you need but also up on a quiet hill. the staff were also great.

Wonderful Stay ”
It was a perfectly wonderful stay at Sapa Elegance Hote. At First we booked the Hotel for 3 Nights and upon realising it a great hotel we booked for two more nights. Located very near to Fansipan train station, Love market and cathedral, it's a Wonderful hotel in Sapa. Thanks to the friendly staff who extended their help all the times during our stay.

Confortable stay, worth money”
Room is comfortable, spacious with full of hot shower, reception is very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent, nearby sigh-seeing and restaurant. We have great stay here, will defitely come back again the next time.

Amazing place after two days of trekking the rice fields”
The room I got on the first floor was wonderful, spacious and luxurious. Great shower, which I needed so badly after the trekking. Wonderful staff as well - they even took the effort to send the sweater I accidentally left behind to my hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. Great value for money, many thanks!

Everything about the hotel is great. Nice location, spacious, clean and well equipped room. The receptionist/manager, Ms Phuong, went out of her way to help us when we had problems with the transportation arrangement back to Hanoi.

Can be better”
The TV reception was very poor, all channels were grainy and cannot be watched. A mistake was made by the hotel as they only provide one room and the other room was so small (though only for a night and they make some reimbursement), no hot water for this room and really not "livable" Besides that, the other room was great

Confuse with standard room price with superior price ”
Very confuse for room price for Standard room and superior room Quality of standard room and superior room is totally different , however, price for standard room more expensive than superior even in normal day. Secondary, that’s agoda problem. I have book two nights how can the system aspect client choose different. Argoda must improve for more client oriented apps.

Value for money”
The staff are extremely warm and helpful. Always have a smile on their face. The location is about 7-8 walk to Hoan Kiem lake and about 15 mins to the beer street and night market. Its not a very upmarket hotel if one is expecting the same but is pretty comfortable. The breakfast option is very limited and not very exciting but there are a lot of eateries (restaurants and street food options) around the area.
