Far from the centre”

The location was not good, we had to take a taxi everytime we wanted to go somewhere, for example the centre. The room was ok but not great, the bathroom was clean. Would recommend staying somewhere closer to the centre.

Maintenance could improve”

The bath tipped when you stood close to the wall, and water ran down the inside wall when it rained.

When we booked this hotel we were asked if we wanted upgrade to garden room for extra cost. We accepted when we arrived owner said demolished garden 2 years ago. The walls were filthy especially in stair well and heavy mould on ceiling. Bed linen poor and position out of town and no where to eat breakfast. They have cafe sign on the hotel door but owner said no food for forinergers any more note he didn't call us guests or even tourists! We asked for money back but the girl said couldn't give it as bank card machine broken. We asked to see owner/manager but she said he was asleep. We asked again olater and told not here. This hotel took our money under false pretences and though booked for 7 days left after 3 WITH NO REFUND! On their site photo of lounge but it's a garage where they park their bikes.

Great value, attentive staff and nice room”

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of our rooms. Tastefully decorated and comfortable, good bathroom and comfy bed. Staff were very helpful and can arrange tours with ECO Tours - Can Tho (facebook or google it!). ECO is run by university students who are the guides. We enjoyed the 'food on foot' tour and the 7 hour Mekong Delta Tour - both private tours were excellent and value for money. Cannot recommend them more highly

Nice and clean hotel with very good staff”

We enjoyed our two nights there. Took the floatingmarket tour from the hotel which where very good. Close to the center and with the free bikes it only took some minutes to be on the "foodstreet" which both Nam Mon and we recomend.

Friendly boutique hotel with a good tour package”

It was pretty good. The owner is friendly and he gave some tips on how to get around Can Tho. We also got a room upgrade. Their room is spacious and has a bathtub. If you book their hotel, book their floating market tour. Must be the best tour I experienced in Vietnam. It was so personal and authentic, I'd recommend this to friends who would like to visit Can Tho.

Very accommodating staff and comfortable room”

Our flight was delayed and we only made it to the hotel at 1am. Check in closes at 23:30 but I phoned ahead and the staff stayed up to let us in. The room was big and comfortable.

Best location for Floating Market Tour ”

Even though the hotel was a little bit out of town, we enjoyed the peaceful location. Wonderful Tour Guide who took us up to the early morning floating markets before daylight. Great restaurant across the road who waited on us hand and foot. Nice boutique type hotel with all the trimmings.

Best hotel in SE Asia, so far”

We booked 2 rooms for one night and ended up staying 3 more nights. Nice rooms, clean and spacious. Big bathroom, with a shower door not just a shower head on a wall. Also quiet at night. Staff was great. We booked a tour with them for the floating markets and they also helped us with booking a bus. A good restaurant across the street, but nothing else very close around the area. Very close to the start point of the tour for the floating market, but a bit far from the city center. About a 30 min walk, very slow pace or a quick taxi ride for around 65k dong.

Best bang for your buck”

I read all other reviews of the hotel and everything was exactly as expected. We rented 3 regular suites, and 2 junior sweets in total. Some rooms had an odor, and AC wasn't as powerful as other rooms. We were given options to switch rooms if we weren't satisfied so they did their best to accommodate everyone's needs. The staff were very friendly, answered all of our questions, and fulfilled all of our requests. Excellent communicators for those who tourists. For a rated 2 star hotel you get tremendous value for what you pay for. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a hotel in Can Tho, especially for those travelling on a budget.

Cheap, nice hotel if you got your own transport.”

Over all i had a nice stay there. The hotel don't have any lift so you may have a problem if you have elderly with you, but for people with large luggage you don't have to worry as the staff will help you to carry to and from your rooms.

For the price, worth it.”

The staff were friendly, one of our room lock is faulty and when we request for a change of room, the staff was quick to give another room.
