Less than 1*, the worse hotel room I ever stay in my life”

Only 3 good points: friendly and helpful staff, location not best but near the river , price OK. Then, quite bad other things: many mosquito, (more than 20, we have to spray and leave the room), very hard bed, either with resort or very hard mattress, short bed size (1 is 175cm length, the other around 180cm length!), bad bed sheets and cover, unconfortable sleeping. Tiny 1m closet, difficult to hang clothes, tiny WC with uncovenient hanging and very noisy ventilator, very slim towels neither minibar nor refrigerator, quite old and look unclean furniture And, noise isolation is very bad, heard people talking and other noises.. Well I will never come back, it's the worse room I ever stay in a hotel.

Dirty and smelly”

Do not stay here. When we checked in, the room was small and dirty. We the requested another room which they have given us. It was slightly bigger but however still smells. The bathroom was full of dirty hair and the bathe room ceiling was dripping water. The bathroom exhaustion was as loud as the canoe from the floating market. The room feels like the a prison cell. I would never return again and would not recommend this dirty place to anyone.

Cheap place to sleep for the night”

In a great location near the riverside and night market, but the building is rundown. Not really clean, but not filthy. Hot water and a/c worked well though. The guy who works in the front is very friendly and helpful. Unless I'm on a tight budget, I would not stay here again.

The room was full of black hairs and the bed was really hard. Only the location is worth the money.

After I checked in I asked if there was any chance of changing to a room with a window. THere was one available the next day. Wifi worked well. Very close to the river, just walk on over and the boat women will find you! Brilliant street food out in the alley.. I loved it so much I returned a couple of weeks later

decent rooms but no window, close to the river”

Bad experience was a man selling his trips in small boats just after you check in, before you compare prices at the port. Of course his trips are at least 1/3 more expensive than these that you can buy at the tourist information at the port. He will tell you also that they dont sell trips in small boats which is not truth. Moreover, at the port you can ask for english speaking boat driver, while his drivers dont speak a word in english. Not reccommended.

Price, Location, Value ”

I was looking for a cheap room so that I could come to Can Tho to visit the floating markets. This room met my requirements and more. Planned to spend one night, stayed for four. AIRCON, CATV, double bed and refrig. They also sell beer and snacks in the lobby at cheaper prices than you will find out on the street or local shops. Room is basic but comfortable. If you are expecting a four star room at this price go elsewhere. Room was clean, aircon was cold. Water pressure weak and water not so hot, but all were minor issues given price paid. I would stay here again. There is no need to go spend double for another room down the street. The location is right in the middle of the action and there are plenty of places to eat within one block of the hotel. The pier for boarding the boats for the markets is 3 minutes away, you can't get any closer. You can also book your floating market trip here from vendors who visit the hotel. We paid 24USD for a 5 hour boat trip, we had the boat to ourselves. Negotiate hard and get it for 20 USD or less.

The room was fine but noise all night”

My Kim hotel is located near the river where is most visited in Can Tho. The rate is fine and room was clean but there is a noise of air conditioner of whole night. It was from out of my room so even I turned my A/C off, the noise was still there.

Great location but no window in the room”

It was a nice place. Very well situated, just near the river, in a very lively area in the evening. The room was quite new and clean with stars in the ceiling but it had no window. Many food and drinks in the room to purchase if you want. When we arrived they offered to book the floating markets tour with themand we did so. 500.000 dong for two pleople in a shared boatwith two more guys for 4 hours. Free wifi in the rooms, and they keep your bags after the checkout if you need to. All employees speak decent English.

This hotel had friendly, helpful service and was reasonably clean. It is a basic room with no window so was suitable for our one night stay.

Oke voor 1 nacht”

We zijn hier een nachtje gebleven om vervolgens verder te reizen naar Ben tre. De locatie is prima. De kamer zag er redelijk schoon uit, alleen was er veel schimmel in de badkamer en we hadden geen raam. De deken op het bed vonden wij niet zo heel fris. We hebben onze lakenzak gebruikt. Een voordeel is dat ze je wel instant noodles op je kamer krijgt en er een waterkoker is :). Het personeel is vriendelijk. Wij hebben ook bij het hotel een tour geboekt over de mekong delta. Echt een hele leuk tour geweest voor een goede prijs. (30 dollar voor 5 uur in een bootje). Je vertrekt vroeg en het is dan niet zo toeristisch.

Der Aufenthalt war für den Preis wirklich in Ordnung. Ich hatte das Gefühl, die Angestellten waren freundlicher als noch nicht klar war, dass wir weder Tour noch Bus buchen möchten, aber das war nur mein Eindruck (anscheinend ist das jedem der in der Stadt mit TouristInnen zu tun hat völlig unverständlich, warum jemand nicht auf eine 5stündige Tour zu den Floating Markets möchte....). Laundry war günstig und schnell.

Même pour un hôtel du vietnam nous avons été déçu. Lit très dur. Plafond qui s effrite littéralement sur nos affaires. Pas de serviettes aucune pression dans la douche. Obligé de se mettre à genou. Réservation d une navette pour la gare routière calamiteuse. 2h30 d attente. Malgré cela, le personnel donne l impression d être au petit soin. Nous nous ne sommes pas trop plain étant donné le prix auquel nous avons payer la chambre mais pour ce prix là nous avons été beucoup lieu reçu dans d autre établissement. Dommage du potentiel...
