Very well coming, fast check in and explanation of nearby restaurants and attractions. Fast response through email. Accommodating to request and enquires, able to contact through WhatsApp if needed help. Transportation can be arrange, just approach the reception staff. Even attraction ticket example fansipan cable car & train ride at the price of 750,000 Dong can be purchase. Daily hotel breakfast from 7:30am to 10am can be choose from the buffet and ala carte menu, the hotel staff are all very friendly and polite. The room is fully equipped and cleaniness is on point. The staff even prepare sandwich for me in case I got hungry during my bus journey back to Hanoi. Overall I have no regrets choosing my bouqtiue hotel sapa as my accommodation in sapa trip and thank you for the amazing hospitality. Definitely recommend my family and friends.

Brilliant hotel in Sapa”
From the time we walked through the door the warm welcome we received on a cold Misty day was truly heart warming. A welcome drink and an upgrade to another room was just the start we needed. Throughout the staff were so friendly and helpful and allowed us to stay longer after the booking out time with no extra charge. The room was very spacious and exceptionally clean with the free water and beverages (tea, coffee) The air conditioning system in the room was really good, warm and very welcoming after a day out exploring. The hotel is situated within easy walking distance of the town centre. A great modern hotel which I would gladly stay in the future.

First class hotel and service ”
This is an excellent hotel. If you are visiting Sapa and trying to decide on where to stay, look no further and book your stay here. My friends and I are so grateful that we had the opportunity to stay here and meet all of the wonderful staff. They go above and beyond to make sure that all of your needs are met. The rooms were new, clean and quiet. I enjoyed the comfortable beds and the air conditioning was top notch. We had a wonderful night sleep. We went on a trekking tour and we were able to store our luggage and take a shower before catching out bus.

Pleasant stay with great hospitality! ”
The 4 of us had a super splendid stay at My Boutique Hotel. We took an overnight bus to Sa Pa and arrived at 7.30am. We were allowed early check-in, and the staff offered us a room upgrade to the suite! It was a pleasant surprise after such a long ride from Hanoi. The staff gave us many local tips and advices during our 2 nights stay. We had massages in the hotel for both nights as well, that was very affordable and convenient. Breakfast was great too, on top of the buffet line, you can order all types of eggs and they were all cooked perfectly. The hotel is near a few eateries and our favourites have got to be Little Vietnam and Good Morning View! Would definitely recommend for anyone who's going to Sa Pa to stay here.

Wonderful staycation of SaPa”
Today is the day to check out here in “My boutique Hotel & Spa” , basically they got all your needed about the definition of standard quality. Definitely will highly recommend here .when you get there by taxi or 4-wheel , mostly street in SaPa is small and one way, therefore you might feel it’s a bit far when getting there from City Center , don’t worry if you from hotel getting out to city Center which is kinda near. Clean / Great service/ Great facilities/ Good food there as well . Especially you must try “ Gỏi Hoa Chuối” Banana flower salad . You deserve a full 5 stars , keeping on !!!

Perfect”
Outstanding service : helpful and kind staff, great breakfast with fresh fruits and juices and a large choice of dishes, free early check in and late check out, clean warm room (it was cold outsider), large confortable bed, good shower, complimentary fresh fruits - juices - bottles of water. The staff offered free pork and chicken sandwiches with bottles of water for our travel back to Hanoi.

We were pleasantly greeted by Sue and Tony (owners) who took very good care of us. The room was very clean and we were upgraded to a bigger room. Delicious breakfast. Location of this hotel was also perfect and quiet. Well done, they made us very comfortable.

Great Hotel. The service was tremendous. Staff was very kind and willing to help. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was abundant: plenty of choice. Another plus is that the hotel can arrange tickets for bus trips and other activities. Would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody!

Nice hotel, great staff.”
We stayed here for two nights during our stay in Sapa. We had a spacious room with a small balcony. Room was clean and the large bed very comfortable. We slept quite well, there was not much noise from the street outside. Breakfast was good, bread, coffee, fresh eggs, pancakes, juice, some warm dishes. We did get enough for the hiking tours. The reception always provides free water for the tours, a great service. What makes the hotel outstanding is the friendliness of the staff. Always attentive, helpful and interested in the guests. They have also good knowledge of tours and operators, ask them. They recommend a small restaurant close by, Good morning view restaurant. It's nice and we write a separate review. Summarizing, we can really recommend the hotel.

Sapa’s nicest hotel with extraordinary service!”
Hotel staff here are amazing and will go an extra mile to make you feel at home! We booked the family suite and the rooms we stayed in are beautiful and classy! Breakfast here is sumptuous with both ala carte and buffet for you to choose from. Lovely Thu/team of staff was very attentive and Ensure all our needs are catered to. Upon departure, they even gifted us delicious sandwiches and Tony personally sent us to the bus station to Ensure that we do not miss our bus back to Hanoi! Would strongly recommend this place to everyone coming to Sapa looking for an enjoyable and relaxing time! One suggestion for anyone coming to Sapa would be to bring a pair of good walking shoes to walk on the muddy and slippery slopes. Oh and did I mention hot pots/salmon pots (their version of Hai Di Lao) in Sapa are great too!

What an amazing stay”
I booked a premier room with a balcony, it was exactly as the pictures. Fresh fruits and a bottle of wine were served as free offer. The two female staffs were very helpful. In general, I had a wonderful stay in the hotel

You won't regret this! ”
You won't regret this choice! My husband and I stayed at the hotel for our honeymoon. The location is A 10 minute walking distance to the center of the town, right next to the best restaurant! (Good Morning View Restaurant). The staff is extremely nice and welcoming, always happy to help and always with a smile. Every request we had, they happily helped us. Arranged day tours, a driver to take us to some beautiful locations. When we left to our late night bus, they packed us a snack to go and ordered a taxi for us, free of charge! Best hotel in Sapa!
