the hotel is across a large park, it's pretty new but the hallway layout is a bit odd. During covid19 low occupancy , limited breakfast option. The room was supposed to be about 25 sum but felt smaller (maybe due to some furniture). Note that the hotel provides no hand soap in the rooms ( they bought a bottle for me but not standard). Near coffee shops , some restaurants and banks, 10-15 min walk to Vincom plaza

Menvra is in the city center, just few meters away from Starbucks and other known establishments. The hotel itself is well operated and the staffs are remarkably accommodating. Plus the breakfast is satisfactory except for the crab noodles which is superb. I will certainly comeback to this hotel in the near future. 👍👍👍

Some growing pains”

Staff were excellent. Sadly we encountered some issues. No soap in the rooms when we arrived!!! Soap didn’t get delivered until hours later. Floor in breakfast room was very sticky. We had two terrible nights sleep as the air conditioning wasn’t working the first night and stopped working the second night.

wonderful new hotel close to the Opera house ”

I found this hotel in my search in Hải Phòng. It's so new that I found no reviews and not even on Goggle maps yet. I talked to the very helpful Ms. Trinh at the reception desk and she showed me the various rooms to determine my preferences. I quickly decided on a room and arrived the next day for a 2 night visit. My room was well appointed and the bed was wonderfully soft. There was construction of a park across the street but the soundproof walls were perfect in there giving me complete silence to the outside world. The management treated me to a nice fresh fruit bowl upon my arrival. The breakfast was included in my package and I was delighted with the assortment of food and the delicious Pho that was prepared for me. I loved the coffee provided and the day manager provided me with 250 gram packages of the coffee beans that they use from the South Central Highlands , with all of the details labeled on the package. The staff was very helpful and I'll return in the future!

El hotel es nuevo, habitación y baño muy amplios, el desayuno tambien es muy completo. Lo unico que anotaria del hotel es que es muy ruidoso, se oye todo lo que pasa en los pasillos y hasta cada vez que llega el ascensor a algun piso. Adicionalmente, el sector alrededor del hotel no hay mucho para ver, comer o conocer.

Khách sạn khá mới và gần trung tâm. Tuy nhiên, hình trên agoda không giống với thực tế. Tôi đặt phòng city view nhưng đến thì nhận phòng không có bất cứ cửa sổ nào. Nhân viên cư xử thiếu chuyên nghiệp chỉ trả lời qua loa là hết phòng tầng cao. Tôi xuống ăn sáng lúc 8h mà các khay đã hết đồ ăn và còn thừa rất nhem nhuốc. Hỏi nhân viên thì phản hồi là do hôm nay có đoàn khách đông nên hết đồ ăn. Tôi nghĩ rằng các bạn kinh doanh thì cần phải dự trù được lượng thức ăn cho số lượng khách đặt phòng chứ.

房間只有在早上會因為打掃人員的走動而有聲響，並且上午的熱水比較溫，其他部分都很不錯，光線的隱蔽性很好，睡到中午也不會覺得刺眼。
