Perfect stay!”

This is the perfect homestay to discover the Ninh Binh area! I arrived late in the morning and my room was already ready; I hadn’t really planned my visit to the area but after talking 5 minutes with Lys everything was organized: the transfer back to Hanoi the next day, scooter rental from the hotel, map of the area, the boat trip.... with all the details about prizes and hours! She really helped me get the most out of my short visit to Tam Coc! The room was very clean and well equipped; good mattress and very quiet! Breakfast in the garden was also great! Everyone in the homestay makes you feel very welcome and are willing to help with anything. Thanks a lot!!!

Cannot say enough good things about our stay with Lys and her husband. The most comfortable beds, the most welcoming hosts, delicious breakfast and the best location. We were able to arrange scooter rentals, transportation and laundry easily with Lys. She spoke both french and english. If I could give her a 6/5 I would. I was ill during my stay and she took incredible care of me making me feel at home. Thank you again for the wonderful stay!

Wonderful Tam Côc homestay. ”

If you’re traveling to Tam Côc, I highly recommend Lys’s place. The location is very good, it’s right in the town center. So, it’s a quick walk to the boat tours, restaurants, cafes, and bus drop-off&pickup. I rented a bicycle and a motorcycle from them. I’ve been to Vietnam many times and this was the best homestay by far. The rooms is very clean, the beddings were comfortable, and the showers had good hot water. Everything is pretty much international standard. The owners helped us with directions, booked transportations, packed breakfast, and went above and beyond. I would definitely stay there again next time Invisit to Tam Côc.

Lys is great”

Super helpful and accommodating. Our room was nice and we were able to leave our stuff on day of check out without any concerns so we could explore for the day before leaving on a night bus. Good location just one minute off the main strip. Lys is truly lovely and breakfast was very good.

Amazing locality and hospitality ”

Lys was a very tentative host since we made our booking. She checked up on us upon the day of our arrival as well. She provided us with suggestions of places to go and even in what sequence. Her homestay provides an amazing spread of breakfast. She even has bicycles and motorbikes for rent. The location of her homestay is literally just a 3 mins walk from Tam Coc city center. Relatively close to the attractions as well. Lys also helped us book a taxi to Ninh Binh train station for our return trip. Would definitely return to her homestay and hospitality.

Very helpful owner, full of information about the area. Delicious breakfast with complimentary pineapple! Good condition bicycles and motorbikes. Recommend totally.

Wonderful place, stay there”

Location is perfect, room is spacious and clean and they have western style shower, so no wet floors :) Lys and her husband are very nice and helpful. Lys was very supportive when I lost my camera in a park, she went with me to the police station and made a lot of phone calls, she also took me to see a doctor when a dog bit me.

Exceptional”

Helped arrange for transportation and scooters, let us check in extra early on arrival (4am), and food was superb. Definitely recommend and would totally repeat!

The most accommodating EVER! ”

Hue (the owner) is simply the best! She was extremely responsive and welcoming from the moment we booked. The breakfast was delicious and she helped us plan the best route for our two days there. We rented a motorbike from them too. When our bus tickets fell through she helped us with the situation and stayed at the bus station with us the next day to make sure we got on the bus and even gave us delicious pineapple for the ride. We were able to store our luggage and use the shower after checking out of the room but before the night bus. Overall, the most accomadating location I’ve ever stayed.

Warm Hospitality in Tam Coc”

Hue and her husband were the perfect hosts, they have recently refurbished their family home to create this homestay and have everything you need to make your stay in Ninh Binh a success. Hue was excellent with her suggestions for our sightseeing, plus she did our laundry for a very reasonable fee. They also offer very new and powerful scooters for hire, and everything is taken care of. Breakfast was awesome, chosen off a menu and made to order. Vege Pho was my favourite and comes with fruit, fresh juice and choices of coffees/ teas. I wouldn't hesitate to recommended Lys Homestay to anyone, they really want to take care of you and ensure that you enjoy your visit.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez hué qui parle parfaitement français, est adorable, aux petits soins pour ses clients et qui saura conseiller sur les excursions à faire ou ne pas faire sur tam coc. Les scooters louables sur place sont aux top comme le petit déjeuner à base de jus de fruit frais tartine ou omelette. Je recommande à tous de venir rencontrer cette femme formidable et de passer quelques jours dans sa maison propre ,charmante et parfaitement située. Si nous pouvons nous y reviendrons. Excellent accueil, proche de sites magnifiques”

La maison est bien située, proche du site deTam Coc- embarcadère à 50m et de sites magnifiques à faire en scooter - location sur place - et très facilement grâce aux explications de Hue qui parle français . La chambre est simple mais très confortable- bonne literie et au calme. Hue est une personne formidable, aux petits soins et de très bons conseils pour les visites- nous avons fait tout ce qu elle nous a conseillé et tout était magnifique. Pas de restauration sur place le soir, mais Hue nous a conseillé un excellent restaurant à 5mn à pied. Nous conseillons vivement cette adresse !

מקום פשוט ונקי, מספיק לשהייה של לילה-שתיים. בחירת ארוחת בוקר מתפריט, אבל הבעלים יכולה לפנק אתכם. נמצא ממש במרכז טאם קוק ואפשר להשכיר מהם אופנוע או אופניים. לא מחליפים מגבות או מצעים, אבל זה לא כל כך מפריע בשהייה קצרה.
