Небольшой отель расположен в тихом месте. Персонал может помочь в организации экскурсий,покупке билетов,аренде байков. На территории бассейн,лежаки,зонты от солнца. Комната большая,но нет шкафа для одежды,вещей,только перекладина с вешалками. Нет телевизора,мини—бара. Вода не предоставляется,уборка не проводилась. Туалетные принадлежности только при заезде.

Calm location with warmhearted owner”

Perfect location, just 100m walking distance to Tam Coc Wharf. Enough away from noisy but still comfortably close to attract activities. The owners, Mr. Thien and his wife take care everything for the guests. A bbq night prepared by the host next to swimming pool was unforgettable memory. Motorbike, bicycle rentals available at reasonably rates All in all, our pleasure 2 nights stayed here and highly recommended

The best feature of this venue is the hosts. They are endlessly cheerful and will help you arrange whatever you want to make your stay in Ninh Binh memorable. On our opening night we were invited to join them on a stroll through the area which gave us a great idea of the location. They also helped us out with our itinerary, arranged our bikes, laundry, and our ride back to Noi Bai airport. The rooms are also comfortable, the pool looks lovely (it was winter when we were there so we didn't use it) and it's right in the heart of Tam Coc, so evening meals and other conveniences are just a short stroll away.

We really loved our time at the Lavender Home stay and will definitely come again! Its a beautiful little property in the perfect location- close to all amenities, but also secluded and tucked away from any busy streets. The pool is beautiful and my kids loved swimming despite the rain! The breakfast is also quite good- I recommend the pancakes- they're more of a crepe than a pancake but very delicious and filling. This is also a great spot to bike ride around. It rained so we could only do it once, but there are lovely quite little streets to get lost on. We stayed here with our 4 kids and had a fantastic time. For the price, its definitely a gem and we will come again :)

Super nice host and good location ”

The host is super nice. They invited us the jackfruit grown in their garden. They suggest us when and where to visit around there. The location is very central, near the boat pier, many restaurants, mini-mart. The host also lend us some bicycles to go around. There are some grocery stores for locals, 2km away from the mini-mart that is much cheaper than the minimart. Except very hot weather, we really enjoy there.

A wonderful caring homestay in Tam Coc”

The room was spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable. The big pool was such a wonderful oasis during the heat of the VIetnam summer. But the best thing about this hotel were the kind and joyful hosts who took care of us, offered fruit and water when we returned from our tours, helped us with transportation and places to go around Ninh Binh, served us a big filling breakfast with a smile. They were one of the kindest people we've met on our travels.

Great Hosts”

It was a very nice stay with wonderful hosts. They were so warm and always looked after us with fresh fruit and food. We were invited to dinner twice and it tasted great. The breakfast was also sufficient with freshly squeezed juice, fruit, café and bread with eggs. The room and bathroom were large and clean. Only a refrigerator is missing so that you can cool water or beer. for a day or two it is also possible without ... very good starting point as you are only a few minutes away from the tour boat dock, other destinations are also easily accessible. We would want to stay here again every time and felt part of the family thanks to the operators!

We loved everything about this guesthouse. The room was large, fast WiFi, hot water, nicely decorated, reliable aircon and lovely, quiet location along the water. It even had a pool! The owners are wonderful people. The uncle and his wife always smiling and laughing... bringing us fresh fruit. The niece speaks very good English and is extremely helpful...booked our train tickets for us, let us use their spa room upstairs to store our luggage and relax until our late/sleeper train departure. Even brought us fruit and water! Super nice people.

Fantastic place to stay”

This was a fantastic place to stay. The location is quiet and the rooms are big, clean and of a high standard. The shower was always hot and there is a lovely pool which sadly we could not use did to the rain. The owners are a lovely couple who can't do enough for you. They do not speak much English but Google translate helps. Would definitely recommend as a high quality place to stay for a good price.

Excellent Stay”

I stayed with my 3 sons and husband in December 2019. We couldn't have had nicer hosts. We visited Tamcoc after 3 nights in Hanoi and we were really surprised at how much we enjoyed the small town. The hotel room was spotless which is saying something in Vietnam. If I'd known in advance I would have arranged our transfer with the Lavender Homestay directly and organised tours with them - there was a price difference. We rented bikes with them on day two and their prices were very reasonable. Having the pool was lovely to come back to after cycling around the area or going by mophead to the local attractions. Tamcoc is a central location to visit loads of the sites. After the pure madness of Hanoi, we were really glad that we stayed in Tamcoc and not Ninh Binh. I couldn't recommend the Lavender Homestay more highly - it as a highlight for us as a family and excellent value for money.

Very very good accommodation. Such a friendly and caring family. They even cooked us breakfast after 10am. They also gave us Annanas, Bananas, water, coffee and tea before and after a trip.

Amazing hosts”

Honestly, we chose this place because it was one of the cheapest around. But we got so much more for that fare! Thien and his family are amazing and go above and beyond for you to have a great stay. They don’t speak English but thanks to google translate you can still communicate and always welcome you back home after a day of discovering. The rooms are sparkling clean, the breakfast extensive and the bicycles/motorbikes good. Loved it and would definitely stay with them again.
