staffs are accommodating aside from its good location and of course its cleanliness is the most important, can i suggest if you can provide hangers for clothes or a closet it would be much better...thank you

Excellent Service, Lacking Amenities”
The staff were accommodating and friendly, and service was prompt. The size of the room was okay (not that spacious), but what bothered me was it lacked necessary amenities such as glasses and electric kettle.

Great Value for Money”
Solid choice for anybody looking for a budget hotel with good to great value-for-money. Excellent location and otherwise good in most other aspects. Only wish the staff were more facilitative in meeting one of my requests - an iron (was told there's only 1 for the entire facility? if so, the staff could more proactively monitor use in order to allocate usage among guests more efficiently).

Good location, though if you're on a lower floor you'd hear the traffic. Staff is good, breakfast is okay, but buffets are never the same at this time (pandemic)

Staff is approachable, place is clean and near at the airport, shopping mall and its convenient To go down town thru jeepney it cost only Php 8. Also its near the port if you wish to go to samal island...

friendly and helpful staff front the security who will greet and assist you all the time and to the reception who have great customer service skills and to those people who I have never met but they constantly keep my room sparkling clean every time I ask for them to make up my room - the housekeeping staff.
