This place is super cool! We really loved it. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. The food is very affordable and tasty. We loved our stay overall and hoping to come again. Oh and specially their dog licky is very stress relieving. Love love love

Amazing hospitality ”

Wow, Check In staff -- you are all amazing! I did the touristy thing in Sapa and broke my foot just outside of nearby Cat Cat village. I called Check In when I was in hospital to let them know what had happened, and they immediately called me to make sure I'm ok and offer to help if I needed it. I advised that I could manage. They offered to arrange a taxi to pick me up and bring me back. When I arrived back, they had cash ready and ran downstairs to pay the taxi driver for me - they helped me upstairs and CARRIED me to my room. They helped me pack my things and moved me to a private room, free of charge. As I was unable to go anywhere in hilly Sapa on crutches, they invited me to eat with them at dinner time as their guest. They even went to the pharmacy to get me some pain relief as the hospital did not provide adequate medicine. I can't say enough about the staff at the Check In - I was truly taken care of. The Facility - rooms are decorated very simply, yet they are cosy and trendy. I loved what they did there. Bright and colourful. - All very clean and shoes off policy is a nice touch as it's very muddy in Sapa - Breakfast is simple but very handy when you want something tasty and don't feel like walking around to find something -their coffee is delicious (goes without saying) -extremely aesthetic building (reminds me of a tree house, decorated with lots of pot plants) and the views are WOW --if you arrive by bus, expect to pay approx 40,000 VND to get here via Grab taxi app. If you dont use the Grab app, it will be more, guaranteeed. - the map says its about 1km out of Sapa town, but if you go the back way its only 5 minutes to town. Dont let the distance deter you, everything is so close. - check in is at 2pm but they will hold your bags for the day if you get in early - big lockers are available in the rooms if you need. They have locks if you need one. - hair dryer in every room and they are actually REALLY good hair dryers! Thank you Chec

Great Time at this Hostel ”

Our stay there was really nice. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We were 4 backpackers, we loved that hostel. They kept our backpack while we were doing a 2 days trek to FansiPan and let us shower and rest when we came back. I would highly recommend this place.

If you dont mind by walking the road is slightly uphill to get to the center, but I love the location this hotel is not crowded and the room is spacious and boho style.. 5 minutes walk to the center and many restaurants nearby.. One of staff I forgot her name she is really care and helpful..

Nice spot to stay in Sapa for trekking”

This hostel is quite original comparing to other hotels that you can see in Sapa, I love the decoration style and all the stuff there are so nice, I got some great advice for trekking, and it is located to a local place where you can be away from the mass tourists and have a peaceful evening on the terrace facing the mountain.

Best hostel I’ve ever stayed in.”

Really great hostel for anyone. Good location away from the noise of the city and great staff and boss. They can help you with most things. I enjoyed the relaxed pace of this place so much. The WiFi is excellent if you need to do any computer work . Best of all is the view from the balcony and there is a mini boss lady who was very cool. If your not sure where to stay, just come here. 좋은 집 입니다, 빨리 오세요!

Decent stay for money ”

Amazing staff!! The location isn’t too bad it’s at the bottom of a big hill which takes 5 mins to walk to the Main Street but very quiet and good view, when not immersed in a cloud. We got upgraded to a private room the second night which was nice. The room wasn’t ready when we moved our stuff but they cleaned it right away. Although, I don’t think they changed the sheets or anything. The only down fall is the ventilation is the bathroom and rooms. Very stuffy and humid, due to the humidity the bathroom stays went and damp. Cool atmosphere and super great friendly staff!

Sapa's Hidden Gem. Creative. Fun. Comfy.”

I was struggling to choose where to stay in the centre of Sapa. Obviously, there were a lot of choices and they all seemed to be great, but the Check In Sapa stood out to me with their consistent great reviews. I decided to validate myself and book for 1 night. To my surprise, 1 night turned into 3 nights. When you walked in there and greeted by all the friendly staff, you immediately want to stay more than 1 night. And when you walk into your room and see all the beautiful and creative art decor, you'll start to wonder: "Am I at the art gallery or my 'dorm room'"? It's a no-brainer NOT to come back next time when I return Sapa.

Stay here for 1 night. This place is new, the room was clean and fresh. Location is just a few steps to the Walking street and the church, near many restaurants and massages. The host was super friendly. Would recommend to all of my friends. Cheers anh Khoa!

Best hostel I stayed during 2 months of travel”

If you are in Sapa, you have to come to Check in Sapa Hostel This hostel is new, every room, bed, facility is new and clean. Rooms are well decorated with tables and chairs. Very close from Sapa center. Nice view of Fansipan mountain from every room. The host, Ben, is extremely friendly and willing to invite you to local experience.

Mình đi nhóm 3 người, vô cùng hài lòng khi ở đây. Bề ngoài phong cách bụi bặm phòng khoáng, siêu nhiều cây xanh và các tiểu cảnh xinh xẻo, tỉ góc sống ảo luôn. Bên trong sạch sẽ, thơm tho, luôn có sẵn khăn tắm, dầu gội và sữa tắm. Ở đây có quả chìa khóa cute hạt me luôn. Bạn quản lý và nhân viên rất thân thiện. Đồ ăn sáng là must try nhé, chỉ là bữa sáng nhẹ với bánh mì trứng xúc xích, mì tôm, nhưng được làm chỉn chu đầy ụ, ngon miệng lắm. Điều mình thích nhất ở đây là khách sạn hướng tới phong cách zero waste tối đa. Không có ống hút nhựa hay chai nước suối nhựa pe sẵn ở trong phòng. Nước uống được lọc sach sẽ miễn phí ở quầy lễ tân, mình chỉ cần mang bình đựng để lấy nước. Đồ uống được phục vụ trong cốc sứ, kèm thìa inox, đĩa ăn bằng sứ phục vụ kèm thìa dĩa đũa. Hostel này gần thị trấn trung tâm, chỉ cần đi qua 1 con dốc là đến khu spa, ăn sáng, chợ cóc. Hostel cũng thuận tiện để đi các cung trek Tả Van, Ý Linh Hồ, Cát Cát. Đây sẽ là khách sạn ruột của mình mỗi lần đến Sapa.
