We stay 27th to 30th Dec 2022. This place is nice and quiet. Walking distance to cat Cat village. 15 to 20min walk to Sapa town. Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is simple. Judson, Singapore

Bad hotel ”
Catcat garden hoetel is very bad, the room is very dirty , electrical problem , no air condition or fan , clogged toilet and door slug broken but atleat the service from stuff still ok , They are friendly. Breakfast not delicious. My friends are very failed.

Prepare insect repeller”
The room is spacious and the view from the hotel room is awesome. The check in and check out timing are flexible and the staff is very helpful. The drawbacks are the cleanliness of the room and the location of the hotel. I was bitten by unknown bugs and both my hands and legs were swollen for a few days. The bedsheets are kind of dirty as you can clearly see the dead bodies of bugs. Location is not very ideal as it takes you 10-15 minutes to walk to the center of Sapa city.

The hotel located near Cat Cat village so it’s quite far from the center, 1km the hill way up and down. The view is wonderful from the breakfast place, and less beautiful from the room. All the people are very nice and friendly. However, it’s more like a homestay, and both the owner and staff are very unprofessional in hotel sector :) The owner seems don’t care about cleaness and appearance of the hotel, it is not well taken care. Though not many occupied rooms, the staff will tidy your room when they want, morning or afternoon, and dont give us sufficient things like 2 bottles of water, and no shower gel filled during our 4 day stay there. Howerver, we like the people there, nice and friendly people!

Breathtaking views from bedroom”
Staff very helpful in booking tours and return to Hanoi. View from bedroom overvalley and to mount Fansipan was a delight. Breakfast adequate. A bit out of the way but only 400 meter walk up hill to more active area. No problem for fit persons. Quiet. Bit cold in room but all the more reason to turn on bed heater and get in and enjoy the view.

A great stay”
The owner is very nice, friendly and helpful. She allowed us check in early without any additional charges. We booked a garden-view room for four people but got to stay in a mountain-view one since it was not a busy time in the town and rooms were available. The homestay is close to Cat Cat Village, about 10 mins walking down the hill. It has the view over Cat Cat village and mountain ranges, which is very beautiful. It's about 15-min walk from the hostel to the town center. Some might find it a little bit far but for me, it's not a long walk. The homestay is in a less busy part of the town, suitable for those looking for a relaxing place to stay.

Because of some troubles, the rooms were overbooked. Therefore, ms. Elena upgraded us to Freesia hotel - which is very nice.

Wet n Freezing but enjoyable Sapa holidays”
Nice cosy hotel with great views of the Mountain scenaries but 20 mins.walk to town centre. Taxis are readily available. Good selections of noodles, pancakes and Sandwiches.for breakfast. Excellent.customer services by hotel keepers. Awesome hotpot of beef n other selection. Superior tomato n pineapple soup base. Must try. Come FEB - March to enjoy plum trees blooming around the hotel. CatCAT Village and Fansipan are.nearby and easily.reach by.Taxi. Highly recommended. Wary of the tanked hot water bath supply which can last for.a good bath. View the size of the hot water tank in the toilet. No worry enough to have a good warm bath. Highly recommended away from Sapa city hotel constructions manaic.

Beautiful views and proximity to cat cat village but very cold and bare thread, doesn't look like the pics at all. There are similarly priced hotels in town w more amenities and heating.

GREAT ROOM VIEW!”
The location is on the outskirts of the city, which is great if since the place is more peaceful and has a great view of the Fansipan mountain range. Its around 10 minute walk down/up-hill but you can grab a taxi and the charge is around 20,00.00 to 25,000.00 VND to get to/from the town center. Breakfast selection is great and the owner (Elena) takes good care of their guest. I'll come back to this place if ever I visit Sapa again.

Wonderful spot overlooking the mountains at the edge of town”
First, the location is great. It's a 10 minute walk from the centre of town, but that means things are quiet and more relaxed. Second, the rooms are big and bright and have wonderful views across catcat village to the mountains. Third, the staff, particularly Elena, are wonderful. I sprained my ankle hiking, and Elena gave me her own gel packs to relieve pain, and had ice brought to my room. When my ankle was still bad the second day, she came with me to the local hospital to translate and help me in any way. Thank you so much to the staff there, and in particular to Elena. I'll be back to stay more one day soon!

Location Quiet”
Location was good, it was quiet. Comfy bed, clean and a decent view. Food was not great. However, the staff forgot about us for the airport transfer and it was a touting hell for quite a while after we were really tired from the train ride. Managed to get hold of the reception after a while and she said she had forgotten. Not a pleasant start.

Very good location away from the Sa pa town itself but not too far cheap taxi ride there or a short 15 min walk. The hosts are very knowledgeable and organised all our needs. The views are amazing and the dubble breakfast is very welcome.
