Suprisingly Unprofessional Service”

I have been traveling around the world and stayed in many hotels in the past 20 years, this is the first time I feel really uncomfortable with such unprofessional communication with staffs! I strongly NOT recommend this hotel for any purpose and would suggest the manager to seriously pay attention on their staffs' skills as well as develop caring culture and style!

Not impressed. Ok hotel but not value for money”

As title says hotel has not impressed me at all. It is a 4 star hotel with a 5 star price tags. It looks are good but it misses the finishing touch in everything from bar to room to breakfast.

Snobbish hotel”

This hotel mainly caters to the rich local residents. Although the room is clean, hotel has good facilities in swimming pool & gym, the staff service level lacks professionalism if you are not the rich locals. They simply forget the most basic of basics in a service industry : smile. Do not stay here if you do not wish to waste your good money in a place that don’t even bother to greet or smile at you.

Anya Quy Nhon Hotel. Very modern ”

The Anya Quy Nhon Hotel is obviously of very recent vintage. It’s clean and comfortable. Everything works as it should. Our stay included a complimentary breakfast with a choice of Vietnamese or western food. Both are very good. The staff here are excellent., from the Reception Desk to the cleaning staff to the porters who greeted us on our arrival. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here for three nights with the whole family (wife, children, parents, brother) and we had a great time. Very helpful and caring staff and they really wanted us to enjoy our stay and went out of their way to resolve any problems . Brand new facilities. Great gym. If you travel to Quy Nhon, stay at Anya for a comfortable and convenient stay.

We love this hotel! The architecture is well considered, the staff are extremely helpful, professional, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet has something lovely for everybody. The room was spotless, with a lovely bathroom, and an extremely comfortable bed. Couldn't ask for more!

Wonderful hotel”

It is a new hotel so the cleanliness is there. Nice views of the city and sea. Quiet area but within walking distance to the city area. Staff are pleasant and accommodative to my requests. I had asked for help to store some frozen foods and they obliged. Buffet spread is tasty though not wide. I liked the beef noodle soup.

The tissue box chipping off a little bit on the bottom and we didn’t know about it and they try to find prove the we did it. But we were trying to rush out to the airport. I end up paying them in order for them to release up. I smashed the tissue box in front of them before I left.

새로 지은 호텔이라..깨끗하고 깔끔합니다. 엘리베이터에 붙은 비닐까지 있는 새호텔이었고..수영장도 좋았습니다. 위치는 바다와 떨어져 있지만..바다에 들어가지 않아서 괜찮았습니다. 새 호텔이라 눈이 좀 따가웠습니다.
