Not really a motel”
These are actually tiny apartments versus an actual motel. Thus, there's no food or other such things available. It did have decent WiFi. It was very clean and comfortable The staff was very friendly and helpful. Of course, it was also very budget friendly, but there are numerous inexpensive motels in General Santos.

Twilight Descends On Rozen ”
This is a small hotel on Aparente street not far from SaveMore. While the hotel occupies the second floor, a laundromat is on the ground level. You enter the hotel through the laundromat then proceed up a flight of steps (no elevator). Upstairs there is a nice wide hallway leading to approximately nine rooms. Our stay was in a room with a single queen bed and private bathroom. The bed was comfortable, with a foam mattress, but the rest of the furniture was not at all good. One of the two doors on the small cabinet flopped around on a single hinge and the sink faucet in the bathroom was loosely mounted. It moved incessantly and was either full on or totally off, no in-between. We made do with the one small desktop and nowhere to open the suitcases. Apart from those issues we were quite favourably impressed with the staff. They were very accommodating and did everything with a smile. To summarize, excellent staff and reasonable rates but facilities lacking in many ways. There's no restaurant or other convenience within the property. Parking is adequate. Would recommend looking for a slightly pricier hotel for a better overall experience.

Small rooms...bathroom needs shower curtain..to stop everything getting wet....staff were very friendly and helpful..nice basic restaurant....all things considered...it would be difficult to get better value for your money..

You get what you paid for. It has the essential for an overnight stay with parking space and free WiFi. However, the neighborhood has plenty of dilapidated structures made of light construction materials creating a not so pleasant view. Also, the hotel signage is small blended along with many other business signs causing you to miss the place, especially if you are driving.

Stayed here overnight for a conference, the hotel was basic but everything is good. Staff helped us book taxi going to airport. Overall a very nice stay.
