We stayed here for one night before flying out the next morning. The hotel was great! The room was exactly what we needed, very clean and well kept. The staff was very nice.

No Coffee Replenishment In Room after 2nd Night of Stay”
Simple & nice good size room. Room clean up service disappointing. Shower gel never refill after notify the reception. Use shower gel instead. Coffee powder pack in room only provide for the 1st night even I stayed 3 night as told by reception. Bedsheet was never changed for 3 nights if stay. So you decide..

Spacious room, clean, amenities are limited, missed the breakfast. Overall it was a quite and good accommodation. Staffs are friendly.

Payment issues”
I chose the payment option "at the store" and completed my payment by 'Payoo' at the nearest convenience store. But the hotel said they didn't get my booking from 'Agoda' and I had to pay twice the price. I don't know how I can get back my money that I paid through Payoo at least. This is a very disppointing experience with Agoda. I might have to think of using others instead of Agoda for my future trips...

Khách sạn nằm trong đường khuất, không có địa chỉ rõ ràng nên tôi đã phải đi lạc khá xa. Nên nghiên cứu thêm các bảng chỉ dẫn cho khách. Đổi lại thì khách sạn có phòng rất rộng, và sạch sẽ. Đồ ăn sáng cũng rất ngon và vừa miệng. Khi đến nhận phòng, nhân viên hơi lúng túng khi phòng tôi đặt đã hết, và tôi đã được nâng cấp hạng phòng sau đó.....
