Great location to stay, honest and very helpful staff”
I highly recommend the place for its location, price, and great staff. Location is in the heart of Pantai Cenang, the liveliest beach town in Langkawi. Restaurants, mall and convenience stores are nearby. The hotel comes with a great view of the sea. Also, rooms are spacious and clean where you can havea good relaxation and with just an affordable price. I want to also give my appreciation to its staffs as i left my necklace in the room but housekeeping did surrendered to the management to return my necklace. Many thanks to Aboi, who made a big effort in returning my necklace without charging me additional costs.

Rooms are very clean, comfortable, and spacious. I stay just beside the cleaning room, morning will abit noisy as cleaners keep open and close door. There is a pool at ground floor, but now is temporarily close due to covid-19. With a small elevator. There is a rooftop restaurant provide breakfast rm12 for hotel guest and variety of choice for dinner. Good view. Just a 7 mins walk to underwater world, 3 mins walk to beach, and 4 mins walk to cenang mall. Overall is good and recommended.

Superb!”
One of the best ever hotels I’ve stayed in Langkawi. It’s located exactly at Cenang Walk road with ample of restaurants, convenient shops and shops that selling souvenirs. Beach is just about 1 min away from the hotel. We took the beach view deluxe room, to my surprise, it was so spacious and clean. The balcony beautifully oversees the beach for ypu to enjoy your beer. I’ll rate everything about the hotel more than a 5 star.

Best hotel for budget traveller”
At first I was gambling book for this hotel because most of reviews was from time before covid19. Thankfully all were good. Room is spacious and clean. Air-conditioner well-function, toilet & bathroom is okay. The beach view from the hallway balcony was spectacular. I booked for the deluxe twin room with no direct seaview but requested for high level (got room on level 5). In conclusion every was beyond my expectations. Will consider to repeat for the next staycation. Thanks.

Great Location ”
The location is prime, just few step from the beach and in the middle of the main street. The room is spacious and clean. The bathroom is clean with good pressure water. Hotel staffs are super nice and hospitable. But too bad the rooftop bar closed for maintenance. Credit to Ah Boy and Tanesh. Both of them are very friendly and helpful. We are happy to stay here for 3D2N. Looking forward to stay here again.

The best deal for your money”
Royal Agate is definitely one of my fav when it comes to my stay in Langkawi. Not only the room is affordable but it’s also very spacious! Their sea view rooms are so damn nice! I just love sitting at the balcony and sipping my coffee in the morning. But you have to be fast to book those rooms because they always sold out very fast. I believe I have stayed here more than 4 times now. Located right infront of the cenang beach, it’s just so convenient for you. Their roof top is one of must visit place in Cenang(currently closed for some maintenance). Royal Agate management, job well done!

The stayed was super amazing. Strategy location which all walking distance to beach, restaurant and shop etc. Thanks for all receptionist staff for cooperating propasal with my fiance. One night stay in this hotel, swimming pool at the G floor, big room and clean, but air-conditioning water leak on the floor and no so cold. Near to the beach, opposite hotel only. Near by got many restaurant and 7-11. overall ok for me and my family. Price reasonable.

We had a pleasant 2 night stay here. Everything was great except the fact that our bathroom was clogged but the staff immediately rushed to ease the situation. In the middle of Pantai Cenang. Right next to a 24h restaurant. The beach is 3 mins away, across the street. A great deal. Will come again.

The hotel stay was really good. But what will keep me indebted to the Staff of hotel forever is I left my passport and Cash of about THB 26000 at my hotel room and left for another country. This is the perfect hotel. Beach front, rooftop bar, pool and big room. the bar is one of a kind as on certain days, they allow you to bring your own alcohol. you just have to order food from them and their falafel is my all time fave. Cant wait to return to this haven.
