The Rosen Shingle Creek once again was amazing. From the time you check in, you never want to leave. The hotel has everything. Basketball court, coffe shop, game room, golf course grocery store, pools, Restaurants, and tennis courts. The location of the hotel is very clean and the location is excellent.

We got moved!”

We made a reservation for Shingle Creek and when we got there, we were told the Resort was closed due to the pandemic and moved our reservation to the Rosen Centre.

The hotel was amazing. Close to everything. They accommodated an early check in, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The only thing that needs a little work is the valet parking. You can't call ahead and have your care pulled around and we waited about 15 to 20 minutes each time we used the service. Not a huge issue, and I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Orlando.

Love the hotel overall. Nice size room comfy beds and location of hotel was on good location. Beautiful spacious n staff was very friendly. Amenities were excellent restuarant shop swimming pools gym.....love it. I should have stay another day. Very clean impecable. Nice lobby n breakfast area. Restaurant n dinning offered. Cons: a little noise coming from above n next door. Like someone showering n getting ready to go. Breakfast not included on deal n parking was very full and not near any of the hotel entrance. We did not valet it was very busy. I recommend anyone to do it.

Enjoyed Assortment of Restaurnts and Amenities”

I stayed at the New Year's holiday. I enjoyed staying at a hotel that alleviates the need to leave for dining, entertainment or convenience store items. The Self-Parking lot was quite a hike for someone with a disability. Registration went smoothy and quickly. My room was on the sixth floor on Wing 2. The six elevators were quick, and were available without much of a wait. My room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom and shower were also clean. The shower tub floor was a little slippery, and there were no hand rails. There was a supply of bathroom essentials for cleaning, and towels were soft. I had a view of the pool and golf course. Vending machines offer sodas and ice. I had an outstanding Dragon Roll at Banrai Sushi, and a great hamburger at Tobias Burgers. The breakfast buffet at the Cafe Occeola offered a wide assortment of great tasting food. The 24-hour market was convenient, and also offered hot food. Pools and hot tub facilities were clean. Highly recommend.

Solo meeting up with family”

Attended for a family reunion. This hotel had been chosen by my cousins, and was restful. The landscaping and vast lobby area floral displays, decor and seating areas were lovely. Room was clean and comfortable, though mattress a little to soft for me personally. Horrified by the mandatory 18% service charge in the restaurant we had breakfast in. I despise the American habit of paying an hourly rate lower that their state or federal minimum, and expectation that servers wages be made up through tips, that are declarable on tax returns. As a British customer who has lived in the US for nearly 20 years, I still only tip 10% as a base, as it's not my responsibility to make up server's wages, especially when it's only plate service. I did express my disgust in this on checkout and to the restaurant duty manager. My cousins told me this was the most expensive trip they've ever had when visiting Florida. Partly due to the lower exchange rate, but mainly due to significant price hikes.

This hotel has everything! Location-Close to all theme parks, convention center, airport. Amenities- game room for kids, pool, tons of restaurants, Cafe, store, and coffee shops. It is very beautiful and grande! Separate bathtub and shower, nice separate vanity. Everything was solid wood and gorgeous! Beds and bedding are beautiful and comfortable and great customer service!

Cant beat this deal for a Luxury Resort!!!!! Rates are down right now and its an even better value due to the Virus concerns but service is still the same. Can't recommend it enough

The hotel rooms are always clean, stylish-wonderful stay! The staff are ALWAYS very professional and friendly! They seem to enjoy their jobs!

Wonderful Christmas ”

We found the resort to be perfect for a holiday weekend. Rooms were nice, staff was attentive, safety protocols were in place and a mixture of their restaurants were open. The weather was the only thing that kept us from using one of their swimming pools...but since it was Christmas we didn’t go there to swim anyway. We will return.

Friendly staff”

Room was very nice, modern had everything you need. Staff was very nice and helpful. Took vivid precautions seriously, checked your temp daily, hand sanitizer stations located throughout common areas. Would highly recommend.

I was not told I had to pay from 18 to 26 dollars per day to park in a place I already pay for to stay. Very awful market gimmick. Management does care about its customer but just making money. One one exit, I had to wait like 20 min to get out of the place i pay for because there was a convention going on. Horrible parking it defeats the experience of the hotel.

Room Tired”

Location great and hotel facilities look good (only stayed one night so can’t comment as not used) however, the bedroom was tired and dated. There are much better options in the area.

My experience with the self parking was not good too far we ask if anyone was available to pick us up and bring us back to registration no one really offered to help we were told some one should be over there waiting to bring guess over we waited 30 mins and decided to pay for Valley park.

It is everything you would desire however if complementary breakfast was included that would be the icing on the cake. Excellent stay.
