No cons.Clean rooms with everything you need without extra charges and the beds will give you sleep that may keep you in them longer than you wanting to rush out to sightsee.Walking distance to the ICON and over 75 places to eat.Lynx and trolley right in front of the Rosen Inn that you can take directly to the shopping outlets,Seaworld , Universal Studios with a transfer,and if you don't have a vehicle the Lynx bus #42 that stops right in front of the Rosen can take you directly to or from the airport.If you are doing a non Disney, this is a very good centrally located International Drive place to stay.

Rosen Inn International has a brilliant location for dining, shopping and entertainment. The room is very clean and the beds are very comfortable. There is a fridge and a microwave and a coffee maker. There is dual charging point attached to the bedside table which is a nice touch. There are ample towels. I will definitely stay again when visiting Orlando.

Great hotel stay”

Spent three days here before moving to a $400 a night hotel for the weekend and regretted leaving it. Booked both hotels online from Canada and the Rosen was better! Great location, great room, clean and great staff. Hotel is very well maintained and secure. Water pressure in shower good, comfy beds nice couple of pools and nice fountain. Everything is walking distance for Parents with 3 kids under 5. If we come back to Disney we won't stay anywhere besides Rosen Inn International.

I've been booking at Rosen Inn for two years now, every time I visit Orlando. I've stayed at two of their properties on I-drive, and have never been disappointed. Their staff is always courteous, and willing to help out. And the rooms are always cleaning and comfortable. It's basic for the price, but the Rosen Brand of basic is much higher quality than any other hotel you'll find in the area for the same price.

This place exceeded my expectations! It was extremely clean. Staff was very friendly they (from front desk to housekeeping) went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. My kids enjoyed the playground and pool. From 4yrs old to 56 young we all enjoyed and agreed to revisit The Rosen Inn International

The room had all amenities down to iron and ironing board, frig and microwave and comfortably well-organized. The lobby is not so easily accessed by foot on International Drive side which is the backside of the hotel. It has security at that end. The hotel is converted motel so not a high rise. Gives out coupons to its customer for its buffet lunch and dinner. The staff is friendly and from whom I learned that seniors can ride the green line and red line for a quarter which is not part of tourist information center's advice located same side nearby where non-seniors can acquire 3 or 5 day passes. The hotel is at the top end of International Drive strip and choice of many repeat customers for who stock up on provisions at the corner Walgreens. Take the time to read the biography of the owner and you'll be gratified you stayed there.

Best Value in Orlando”

Not a luxury place but stayed in several Rosen properties that has the best value for your stay because they do not nickel and dime their customers. There is no resort fees, free parking and best of all the hotel cleaniness . Every Rosen property I have stayed at this past month had clean bathrooms, maintenance of facilities are top notch “kosher”. The staff is helpful and will do their best for you to enjoy your stay. Location of all their properties can not be better because they have access to all areas near interstate. Keep up the great work and I will always come back when I am in the Orlando area.

Best Location For all Attractions”

Location, location and best value for Orlando. Has no resort fees, free parking and great internet. I come to play golf in Orlando and when I stay at any Rosen properties I have the best value for my money because there is no hidden fees, easy access to any area, the bathrooms are the cleanest of any older properties I stayed in. Their maintenance property manager is top notch. The only thing that they could do better is update and have brighter colors instead of drab brown colors. It would make the rooms brighter and bigger. By far, they are the cleanest bathrooms and water pressure on all floors are great.

As a career culinarian and former culinary instructor I'm extremely impressed Rosen Hotel. The sanitation and cleanliness of the hotel is outstanding. The staffs professionalism and skills are the best I've experienced in the Orlando market. As a person over 50 I am thrilled with the facilities. The style of hotel and the room are from my youth. Unlike other older style Hotel I have stayed at in recent years the Rosen Hotel is in excellent condition. I haven't noticed any maintenance or unsanitary issues. It makes me feel like I have stepped back in time. What a great experience.

Big room, very near to Universal Studios”

Room is big, with big TV, fridge, microwave oven, laptop safe. Located in I-Drive & very close to Universal Studios. Hotel has a shuttle bus service to & back from the theme park. There is also the i-Ride Trolley (Red line) which can take you to premium outlets at Vineland or International. There are also a lot of eateries around for food anytime of the day.

quiet and great value”

I went to the Rosen Inn on a busy weekend and expected it to be noisy, but found it incredibly quiet. I was there with family and it is a very family-friendly motel with games and pinball machines. I think there was even a room to write letters to Santa. Room was clean and staff was super helpful and friendly. Would stay there again.

Clean hotel rooms”

First time staying at Rosen Inn. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms were spotless. Had a refrigerator, a microwave and a safe. Lot of restaurants near by. Security on both hotel entrances. I would definitely stay again and I reccomend this place.

Committed to Cleanliness, Convenient to Universal”

I've stayed here multiple times and have always enjoyed my stay. The rooms, including bedding and bathrooms, are always clean. Check-in is usually quick, and the location is great. They have a delicious dinner buffet (love the cherry cobbler & ice cream). Pool area is well kept and clean. Rates are reasonable. I'll definitely come back again to this or any Rosen hotel.

Right in the middle!”

Great place to stay when you want to see more than Disney. It was about 20 minutes away from Disney Springs and Epcot; 15 minutes away from Downtown. There was quite a few places you can walk to. Game changers next door was a great place to eat! The Little Deli inside the hotel was great had everything from yogurt, nachos, drinks, snacks and souvenirs. Will definitely keep this place in mind for the next time we travel to Orlando with my family of 5.

This was probably one of many that we actually 100% loved! everything from the room, to the pools,staff etc.. everything was just amazing, the location, if you were coming to go to Universal, se world, any of that, it is perfect, some are a little ways,but the location, you just couldn't get any better. MANY restaurants walking distance, and other things, ripleys believe it or not building the upside down house ? Im not sure the name,but it is at the end of the corner, super cool..and just so many things to do right there,I wish we didn't have to leave there! We slept like babies, like literally everyone was happy, smiling, and it was so relaxing, I don't think there is 1 thing bad to say about this place or staff!! AWESOME,AWESOME AWESOME,!! We will absolutely be back to stay,and choose this hotel over any other! Thank you for making this vacation one of the best times of our lives!

Great Staff, Good location”

We needed a hotel for 1 night before going to Universal. Booked this through Agoda, which we had never used before. We were greeted by Simon when we arrived at the parking lot and had a great experience at a good price. Rooms were neat and clean, nice pool and restaurant/bar on premises. Within walking distance of a lot of things in I Drive. Felt safe even walking at night.
