Exceptional”

The hotel is located in a great spot in District 1, there are lots of restaurants and amenities in the vicinity . The staff at Roseland Corp are very friendly and helpful. They have gone the extra mile to ensure that my 2+ entire weeks stay in Ho Chi Minh was a most enjoyable and memorable one. The breakfast staff were always there to greet and help me out during breakfast, which I really really appreciate. The reception team were kind and always ready to offer solutions if you've had any questions. And my driver Thien Luu was a polite and hardworking young man that accompanied me for an entire day, bringing me around to explore the amazing city. Highly recommended!

The place to stay in Ho Chi Minh”

I found Roseland Centra very convenient, clean and relaxing. The staff was warm, inviting and extremely helpful. There was a cracked shower fixture in the tub that was promptly repaired the next day. The breakfast menu is large and varied. The restaurant staff Paul, Selens, Bee, and Mia, pleasant and helpful. On the downside, the pool is actually more of a large jacuzzi. The Roseland is in District 1 and conveniently located. On my next visit to Ho Chi Minh this is my first choice.

Good value for the money ”

Rated as a three star hotel the Roseland Corp hotel offers great value for the money. Located directly in the heart of HCMC all interesting spots are in walking distance. Great staff (Sophia and Jenny took care of us), wonderful breakfast with Sushi and Sashimi and large sized rooms.

Very Happy Traveller ”

I stayed for 4 nights here and was very happy with the room, hotel and service from staff. In particular there was one young man who worked at the breakfast buffet who made my morning each day with his smile and friendliness. The room was much bigger than expected, perhaps I was upgraded, nevertheless lovely and clean with a great shower and bath. The hotel is aging but kept very well and it is walking distance to many Ho Chi Minh attractions. Thanks for a great stay.

All the staff at Roseland Corp Hotel were wonderful! Excellent service and smiles from all of them. The hotel room was spotless and the bed was really comfortable as well. I will definitely return to the hotel.

Great Value, Great Service, Great Stay!”

I stayed one night at Roseland and was a great stay. Very modern amenities compared to other hotels. Rooms are good size and clean too! Aircon was strong and wifi is set up on each floor so the connection was great! They also have a flatscreen Samsung TV with "HD" cable. I highlight "HD" because these channels are usually standard definition even at the high end hotels. Free Breakfast: By far the best free breakfast. I've been to all the others and they only provide minimal options like coffee and a pastry. This place goes all out. It's like a mini buffet and they have an omelette and pho station. Both were great! Staff is very friendly and speaks good English. They provided me with a outlet adapter so I could plug in my laptop. My flight wasn't until late in the evening and they held my bags for me which was great. Was able to see the sights and not worry about my belongings. Thanks Roseland team! Jeff

Roseland's room is always clean. However, it is a pity that Roseland Corp's 11th and 12th floor doesn't has elevator(to 10th only), making it not so convenient for people staying in 12th floor. Also, compared with the nearby Roseland Sweet and Roselnad Centa, Rosalind Corp doesn't have pool and jacuzzi.

All staff is really friendly, especially Ms.Ivy. Room is comfortable and location is good. I will book here when I go to Ho Chi Minh City next time!

Great hotel stay, recommended!”

Clean and comfortable room. I didn't catch her name, but they have the best English-speaking receptionist, way better than any other native I spoke to in my two-week stay in Ho Chi Minh. The only negative experience was a bell boy that put me on a cab to a place I didn't have the address to without explaining to the taxi driver where I was going. I asked him for a cab that would take me to the postal office, he said he understood, but then didn't give the driver any instructions - and they always do, that's the point of asking for assistance. I ended up on the other side of town because obviously my sign language wasn't successful. .. But accidents happen. Still, a very positive experience at this hotel and the buffet is great!

I booked this hotel for my cousin and as expected, they have a good experience in this hotel, everything is good, I'll book this hotel in the future if my friend visit Ho Chi Minh.

We were initially booked at Roseland Corp but for some strange reason, we were asked to transfer to Roseland Centa Hotel. Although distance between 2 hotels is near, hotel told us we were being transferred due to water damage in our room brought about by rainfall the day before our arrival. In Roseland Centa, the hotel staff were very courteous and helpful, led by Messrs. Wilson, Anh, Hun and Nguyen. Improvement in facilities such as ventilation in bathroom (2nd hand cigarette smoke from other bathrooms was detected n our room) and main water riser was noisy in the early mornings

We booked this hotel but was moved to another family hotel name " Roseland Centa hotel " and here, my husband could checking early as requested . Highly appreciated for that ! room size is ok although they told us had upgraded! Very good location for moving around on foot .The hotel is new and clean through! The breakfast is ok . The staff is really helpful and nice !

Best service and cleanest room”

First and foremost, what impressed me was the staffs from receptionist to concierge were most friendly and provide tip top service for a 3-star hotel. They upgraded me to their Luxury room and I was pretty surprised when I check-in. They are not obligated to do it unless it is service recovery. This caught me by surprised abd the first impression is there. As it was my first time to Vietnam and they make it a breeze for me to go around. They even ensure the guest security. Like there is a day I was going out, they saw me taking my passport out after some admin stuff done at the reception. They advised me to keep my passport in my room safe and showed me directions. Even when I asked a lot of questions, they patiently answer them all with a smile. The rooms are pretty clean and comfortable. I woukd like to compliment a few for their exemplary high service. Receptionist: Minh, Duy, Nhan, Vy, Mai, Vinh, Nam, Trinh. Bellboy: Chien, Minh Tran, Cuong Ly, Anh Cuong.

Change to roseland point but get upgrade for room”

Given a choice to change to roseland point due to renovation. Got upgrade from superior room roseland luxury suite with early check in and late check out. Both hotel staff were superb! Will visit them again for sure

I enjoy my stay at Roseland Corp Hotel. Decor have meet the standard similar to a five star hotel. Breakfast that's room for improvement Fried rice was too dried and hard Omelette over cook Should extend late check out without additional charge for some customer who have late flight.

The staff service is nice and warmly help us prepare breakfast for take away due to our early flight to leave! The room is clean and location is really great spot for explore restaurant nearby. Its not my first time to stay roseland, however I had good experiences to stay here every time. So highly recommend for sure!
