    The space was exceptionally clean. It was in a central and convenient area. I felt extremely safe. There was a generator in the building.
    I was supposed to get breakfast which did not happen. Contacting the host was not easy. And the shower was not draining properly.

    Internet and wifi never worked. THE INTERNET WAS NOT WORKING. RESTARTED MANY TIMES BUT NOTHING .the clocking card was not working for entering the premises. I kept using the guard's card. Not very satisfactory.

    wouldn't use Rosebank Accommodation again”

    The booking , and trying to contact Rosch was difficult, payment was made in cash, no receipt, The host was unfriendly, the booking was made and no confirmation was given as to where the actual venue is. The outside of the Bolton looks good but going inside its dodgy and shady, it almost felt like a venue, where you get scammed and robbed.

    I was disappointed for receiving that service in Johannesburg.”

    The only thing that I could find a place to sleep. when I arrived there they didn't have my booking, they suggested that I cancel , after an argument they advised that we can share a house with someone, meanwhile I have booked for the whole house.
    Sharing a house while I have booked for no sharing, plates which we were offered for breakfast were old. They couldn't find my booking. Their number was unreachable when I tried calling it.
