Quaint Chalets by the Sea”
The location is very good - the sea is just less than 100 meters away and the beach stretches for long way. The facilities in the Chalets are very poor - some of the taps are not working and the air cond is noisy. The beds are too soft and the doors looked flimsy due to wear and rot!

Budget but Lovely”
It was nice to be able to get a nice, affordable place on such short notice. A cozy little room for a couple to put up a night after much activity on the beach. I had a nice stay :)

It's was budget hotel for everyone that affordable to stay with family because there is variety type of room they offered.The hotel close to the beach and restaurant nearby.At night there is karaoke provide by the hotel for those would like to sing a song with family's or friends.The guest can park their car close to their room.The surrounding quit clean and peace.

corrupted hotel at a beautiful beach”
the hotel need to be maintained and not worth of money.... we are upset when we saw the 2 rooms that we booked earlier... the toilet are pathetic... But the environment outside the room is really nice and relaxing.. This hotel situated at beach and easy to find. There is no problem in finding for food coz there will be lots of restaurants nearby... There is a casa blanca cafe at the beach at night and its very relaxing and windy when we sit there to relax our self...

Awful hotel with even worse service”
The hotel is situated on the main highway far from town (>45 min walk in humid heat), no taxi driver knows it and the only positive point is probably that it is not too far off the beach. There is a small restaurant on the beach which has its charms but no English and spicy, not very pleasant with young children. The person at the reception clearly does not agree that a woman asks questions and pretended not to hear me, even after raising the decibels. The reason why the Wifi was not working still remains a mystery. Coach roaches in bed and in the bathroom, and a condom in the next-door room where a couple came to have some loud fun for an hour during the afternoon. And that for a hotel that was triple the price than the guesthouse we moved into for the remainder of our stay, right in the charming town of Cherating. And did I mention the place was ugly? What was positive again?

Horror place”
It's horrid. So many mosquitoes and there is no facilities at all. The chalet is too old and need to demolish n built a new one. The day we checked in, there is no visitors at all. We rent the chalet for 2 days but only willing to stay for 1 day. On the night itself, we try to find other hotel or chalet but due to public holiday, all places already fully booked. Then we make decision to leave Cherating and go back to KL on the next day. The chalet very dirty n weater heater not working at all. Overall, very not worth to spent there!!

Nice Staff, Poor Condition Of Room”
I stay for 3D2N and take Family Package. But the hotel only give us one mattress only, so we have to share 4 people in one mattress. Furthermore the bathroom, the sink in poor condition make the water stagnant. The room also not well-maintained. In night, there have karaoke night and its so noisy. The best thing here is easy to check in and out, nice staff, and near to beach and restaurant

unpleasant experienced with the rooms”
too bad. we were given a room with no funtional window lock. i've asked them to fix it. they cant fixed it and we change to another room which is also with the same problem (broken window lock). we had to change again to another room. but face another problem - the toilet *sigh*. but i rather stay in a room with waterlogged toilet than a room with unlocked window. however, the beach near the chalet was fantastic. secluded and privacy beach. not much people around.

Run down hotel”
The hotel nicely situatuin by beach front. But the condition of the whole hotel complex need major refurbishment. It is old hotel with very basic facilities. The hot shower is not working anymore. The mattress badly need to be changed. The aircond needs repairing. Its not cold anymore. The outside looks/facade of the hotel is nice and cosy. The only plus point for this hotel is its location at beach front.

please do not go to this terrible hotel, when we reached there , all the chalets got problems and we had to get all the keys to check 2 without the problem. there was no proper receptionist. no maintenance service,the fan was broken, the aircond was not working well, the door's lock was broken , no room service. no standard equipment of a basic hotel like towel, toilet paper & .... . at night there was no proper lighting that make that place like a grave yard , I was just wondering why no one was there except us , all the other rooms and chalets were empty and it was the festive season. the beach was quite ok but dirty. do not wast your money and get a bad experience like me. it is very far from the town and there is nothing interested around. the hotel does not have any restaurant too.

This accommodation was essentially a brothel. When I tried to check in the staff wanted to know if i need a lady for company. At night the bar and car park became a pickup joint. The music was loud and played until 2am. I refused to check-in because it was a really seedy joint. The manager refused to refund my money. I went to Cherating for wind and water-sports. I was let down by the hotel and the resorts facilities

Worst hotel to anyone”
First thing to this hotel, my travel mate able to use their room key to open my room. When I came inside the room, the room is old and dirty! And the flush in the toilet is not functioning, water switch is broken! When I report to the reception, instead of changing a new room, they just trying to repair! After all I still manage to move to another room, but the water switch is still not functioning! This could be the worst hotel for anyone!

service at this establishment leaves a lot to be desired. when we checked in we found a rather old tv with the sound not functioning. when reported to reception i was answered with a a "not my problem " attitude. i asked about the pool adverised on website and was answered with a shake of the head. i eventually found the pool which appears to have been commenced in the 1980s and after several weeks work they must have given up. the so called pool is a a quarter finished with muddy water and vegetation growing in it.

Worst Chalet Ever”
The first room we we given, the toilet is so dirty and mould on the walls, no mirrors. The bed is so springy, the air cond and fan not working, the television set was smallest CRT tv. After a lengthy complaining, they gave us a slightly better room but the condition is still not up to expectation. The bottom line is the place is not suitable to be rented at all. Agoda should especially vet this kind of vendor. It gave Agoda bad name...
