The location is walking distance to Wakaf Che Yeh. Book for family room. So far one of the cheapest hotel near the shopping area. Will be much better if lift provided.

I arrived late at night and were chased out by the staff and asked me to come back by 9am to check in. Even i said & showed the booking confirmation, he insist to let me checking in. I have to argue and have gone thru worse experience ever just to checking in & i even have paid for it. OYO/Agoda really should filter the hotel/ properties that registered under your services.

Had a bad experience here, the water was a bit dirty and had metallic smell. Encountered cockroaches twice during my stay. Quite difficult to look for carpark cos it's around pasar malam area. Not enough lighting around the hotel, just in case you're wondering about the safety if you're a lady being alone

Budget and Strategically located in Wakaf Che Yeh”
It was Value For Money. Being strategically located within Wakaf Che Yeh, one of the best shopping spot in Kelantan. The bed is nice as well especially for people with back pain. The challenge is taking your luggage up to the rooms. No lift.
