Heritage hotel - inconsistent service”
Others have remarked on it, but initially poor WiFi and a room full of mosquitos but they sorted both quickly. This is a noisy spot so bring earplugs. Service was very inconsistent. Front desk, cafe and spa couldn't do enough, but in 3 days my room wasn't serviced once and at one point a random staff member walked in without knocking whilst I was sleeping with no explanation offered. One suspects they have a habit of using the room for a mid shift snooze and hadn't expected it to be occupied....

Location and price”
It's in the city central area, and the price is affordable. actually the room is okay, it's only matter when at the night, there was an event in the lobby area which there was a group of people started to do karaoke which really disturbing. But overall, it's okay.

I have never booked a hotel and been so disappointed in it. We checked in to the room and immediately smelled a musty odor. We didn’t have to look too far to see that the wall next to the window and sink was black with mold, and the walls and corners were filthy. We unpacked and while doing so I saw three large ants, one in the bed. That did it. We asked for a different room and told them we would pay more if they would give us an upgrade. There was a language barrier and we could not convey to them our issues. We tried Google translator but that didn’t help. We moved to the room next to us and it was a bit better but the smell was still there and the bed was horrible. We were going to put up with it but the wifi was reallly slow and kept disconnecting and when we asked for a map of the area and they had none we decided it was worth loosing our money if we had to rather then stay in this hotel. I have never left a hotel before but realized a clean healthy hotel means a lot.

I could not sleep all night because my room aircon was error and automatic turned off every hour, so must always awake to turn it back on. This not includes limited parking space. I don't think will stay here again soon. Sorry

pretty cheap for a hotel which located in the center of malang”
i came to riche with 3 friends. we stayed in 1 room & it was pretty big for us. seems we could ask more friends 😜. i like the design, it’s very vintage, they still keep the dutch (colony) style. one thing why i chose riche, bcs it’s close to malang station, (exatcly) next to Toko Oen (famous ice cream). riche is located near to Alun-alun Kota Malang as well. last but not least, right in front of riche there’s a market. so, it’s very good hotel with low budget and close to public places

Saran saya minta kamar yang di bagian depan. Staf nya ramah dan siap membantu. Cuma memang pelayanannya agak lamban. Saya tidak sempat merasakan breakfast nya karena terlambat bangun. Hehehhee. Breakfastnya menurut beberapa review enak karena menyajikan rawon. Menunya tunggal tapi rasanya enak (katanya). Saat lunch saya mencoba mencicipi resto nya. Lumayan cozy sih tempatnya. Makanan yang Recomended dari saya adalah chicken and cheese. Tapi harus segera dinikmati selagi hangat agar lebih nikmat. Overall oke sih tempatnya. Ada juga ruangan buat backpacker sih harganya mulai 100K permalam. Namun pakai fan bukan ac. Kalo ke malang lagi saya pasti menginap kesini lagi. Terima kasih Riche Horitage Hotel!

Clean, Good Location, Friendly Staff and Nice Breakfast”
The room is clean and the location of the hotel is at the city center. The Main Reason of choosing this hotel is because of it location. Very near to the famous Toko Oen, Mosque and Alun-Alun Kota Malang. Very near to KFC and McD. For backpackers, the Angkot will stop in front of the hotel. The angkot code is "AG" or "GA" if not mistaken and the en route is Terminal Arjosari. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast served is very nice but limited. Overall, this hotel is good for those who travel to malang with public transport.

Nice location at the city center”
If you would like to stay in the city center, Riche hotel is the best choice. Just one step to alun-alun , Sarinah Malang and Toko Oen. Since it's located in city center, you will hear the ambulance sirene many times. I stayed in deluxe room, it's new room. Not too big, but clean. No chair and no hot water jug. If I will stay in city center, I will chose Riche hotel.

old and unique hotwl”
If u're looking an old and unique hotel in malang then riche hotel is definitely one of it..the building is one of many historical building in malang..the taste of the food was delicious but unfortunately they only served one type of dishes when we had breakfast..the location is strategic..its near city center aloon aloon malang and only 10 minutes driving from mog..room is small and quite clean but there were lots of mosquetoes when we entered the room..

OLD COLONIAL CHARM IN MALANG”
We checked in 5 Dec and checked out 7 Dec after a terrible journey from Surabaya. The location is the best and I liked the old colonial charm the hotel has to offer. Beautiful old plates were hung on the wall as decorations. The room was really big and they offered 2 large double beds. Some people may not like old furniture in the room and also the old(not spotless looking and shiny) floorings but I loved it! The toilet was modern and clean. Surprisingly, my 76 year old mom and my 2 20(year old) somethings children were not really in favour of the old, furniture but they loved the location and we all slept well throughout our stay. The staff were really very kind, polite, helpful and nice. They are the stars of the hotel and we loved the lobby area. The hotel is in refurbishing process and I am sure it will look more beautiful in future. I will not hesitate to go back to the hotel again in future.
