A Hidden Gem”
Resort Cebu is away from busy traffic and pollution of Cebu City. It is a very quiet place with a laid back atmosphere with an awesome inground pool. Two friendly dogs and a very friendly cat adds to the feel at home type of place. There is always regulars that come to happy hour and enjoy cold drinks and share there stories. Steve from America is an awesome person to talk to. Dale is a cool dude as well. Thomas the owner will go out of his way to make your stay memorable and enjoyable. Simon the handyman/ bartender will sure to keep your glass full and watch to see if your bottle is empty!!! Great guy to chat with! The rest of the staff ( 2 girls) which I’m not sure of there names are always ready to assist you with your needs cooking,laundry etc. etc. Now last but not least the two little girls that live on site will sure make your day with there bright smiles and there quirky attitudes. NICE PLACE”
Nice Resort with a beautiful, big and always clean pool. They have a comfortable restaurant which serves very good & affordable food (I ate there once or twice a day almost everyday of my 10 night stay). There’s a nice bar area where you can almost always find a super friendly local ex-pat (or the owner) for fun & casual conversation. There is cheap/easy transportation right around the corner, but the owner was more than happy to assist with any issues or offer rides in the area if required. Thomas & Simon... sorry that you weren’t around when I checked-out, so that I could thank you personally for the hospitality you showed during my stay. My best to everyone there!!!

You will not be lonely here”
A lovely pool at least two metres deep at one end, and always a friendly conversation to be had at the bar. Not luxurious, but a clean, honest place with helpful employees and a likeable owner, Tomas (not sure if this is the correct Swedish spelling). The rooms with ensuite bath and shower are preferable as the single shared shower and toilet is accessible to people at the bar or dining area. Reasonably priced drinks and food available. I have stayed here twice now, and will happily drop by again when next in the area. P, United Kingdom

Good place to stay for a few days in Liloan. Owner Thomas is from Sweden. Restaurant serves good food. Bar area is cool place to hang out at night chatting with ex-pat locals. 50 and 55 P San Migel Pilsen and San Mig Light. Near main road with motorbike or trikes available. Basic rooms but reasonably priced. Long term stays available.

The staff was very very friendly and attentive. The owners were very kind and approachable as well. They even gave us a free drink! The room was amazing. It was spacious and clean. Their rates for food was very reasonable. This is a great place for private relaxation. Will def come back the soonest!!

Budget hotel with pool, restaurant, bar, air-con and in room safe. Good television with many channels. Lots of ex-pats who stay there to chat with. Owner Thomas is very attentive to any problems and flexible with pricing on longer term stays. Newly renovated with fresh paint. Highly recommended.

No security features!”
Resort has no security features, no guards. We are ready to sleep with my boyfie but then one foreigner, the friend of the owner, opened our window from outside without us knowing and that's 10PM already!!!! That's the time that we knew that windows are broken and cannot be closed/locked and it can be opened from outside. My boyfie improvised a lock for it to be locked. I went to the reception area but there are no receptionists and the only people there was the one who opened our window and his one friend!!!! We would like to ask help but cant because the person who opened our window was the person in the reception area. It was supposed to be a quick vacation for the two of us but my boyfie got stressed out and cannot sleep the whole night because he will just wake up to see if someone opened our windows again. Also we paid for a big room advertised in agoda, but they gave us the small room. The big room was 900+ and the small room was 600+ we paid the 900+ but they gave us the 600+. Also, you need to bring foods from outside because they really do not have available foods onky hungarian sausages.

Stayed for two nights, staff is great, room everything good, very clean. Very nice swimming pool, pool table and bar. The food was great had breakfast pizza the two days and we loved. Nice place to hangout, have a few deinks and enjoy. Loved it. Would stay again and recommend. Only thing that I didn’t like much was the surrounding area, but it wasn’t an issue.

Cozy but location isn’t the best”
Nice simple place, good food, good swimming pool, very clean, nice staff. Good to hangout, there’s a pool table, swimming pool and outdoor restaurant good for hot weather. Really enjoyed. Only the location is not good, but for me relaxing there after a long journey it was great. If you want to be close to things to do, don’t stay here, as there’s a terrible traffic jam and it’s not close to touristic attraction, stay if you just want to relax there for a flight or ferry for example, then I recommend 100%. Also I forgot two shirts there and went to pick it up a few days later and it was there. Thanks!!!

Arrived at 12mn but they still accepted us. The bad thing was we were calling them for almost an hour. Good thing they posted their contact number in Facebook. The place is nice, clean and very cool. Supposedly checked out is 12nn pero hindi nila kami kinakatok or tinawagan na mag check out na hehe So na extend yong time namin hehe Thank you so much it was a nice place to chill with

For a small family gathering”
The place is hard not easy to go if you're a commuter. Aircon is too small for the size of the room that we got. So it's kinda too hot. The pool is nice and clean but not meant for small kids. Quiet and Peaceful. Most of the guests are foreigners. But it's a good place for a whole family gathering because the room is not that expensive.

Not the most accommodating resort in Liloan”
I know it is too much of me to say this, but I have expected more in the amount I've paid for. I was expecting a clean pool, a well-serviced room, and personnel who are accommodating and hands-on in ensuring your stay is the best. However, when I arrived, the front desk assistant do not even know what to do. I gave the booking confirmation and she asked for help handling it. Second, when we were ushered in the room, I was surprised to see the floor with foot print marks. The patio chair has grime, and the table wasn't even cleaned up. AC was not strong enough to condition the humid room. The toilet wasn't fixed to the floor and the shower holder was loose to hold the hand shower. I don't know if they gave it to us because we were on a promo rate but, as a person who've worked in guest relations, I believe that a resort has to give more so that their guests would patronize them. Plus, the pool was grimy and has a lot of filth when we arrived. It was only cleaned when we were about to check out. How I wanted to have my night swimming but the pool wasn't a welcoming sight. I think they're up for selective patronization. This is why I am compelled to leave this review. Truly, not the best value for your money.
