"Hotel staff were so helpful & accommodating especially the front office. Best location 5min walk to Ternes Metro Station & Arc de Triomphe plus sooo close to Avenue Carnot where you can take the Les Cars Air France bus to any of the Paris airports. Lovely & functional rooms w/ comfy beds, beautiful sheets & fluffy pillows!!! Its close to a church love it when the church bells ring!!"

"I booked this hotel through agoda, when I checked in I didn't need to fill in any forms, they just welcomed me and showed us to our room. The same happened on the way out. I have been to many hotels around the world and this has to be the best check in and out experience I have ever had.. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was easy to get to and so very close to both the metro and the the Arc de Triomphe. Out room was clean and warm. We had a lovely deep bath, which was so nice since the outside temperatures were at 0 degrees. The only negative was the shower hose holder was at thigh height, which means I had to hold it or sit for my shower. If you want to be in this location this hotel was great."

"I study in a school which is 5 minutes by walk. So it is the best place I ever stayed in Paris. The whole of the hotelier are very kind and gentle, they help me in many ways. It is more than a chateau. :) "

"All in all, it was a pleasant and satisfying stay at Harvey Hotel. The owner and one of his staff named Stephanie were all willing to help, guiding each visitor on directions and destinations. The room is small but comfortable enough. There were basic amenenities but i was out most of the time anyway. Check in, check-out were a breeze. And there are a lot of restaurants a few minutes away by foot. I tried Leon in front of the Palais des Congress and I was hooked."

"Hotel location is good, the front desk staff are also friendly, breakfast was good too. The only thing need to improve is the housekeeper, who need to be monitored as the staff brought the hotel shoes to my mom's room as per requested, but he returned to the room right after without noticing that my mom was outside the balcony, and he opened my sis's bag as she left her bag opened on the bed. Luckily nothing gone missing as my mom directly knocked on the window to let him know there was somebody in the room, and the housekeeper pretended tidying the sleepers on the bed and ran out of the room."

"Firstly I would like to thank Alexandra who was so polite, friendly and accommodating. We had been travelling all night and were exhausted. We so appreciated being able to check in early (having phoned previously to request an early check in) . the room was clean and had all the facilities you need. The only thing I would agree with previous comments about having a sink next to the toilet. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. breakfast was very good - continental with scrambled eggs and hash browns and lots of variety. The hotel is within walking distance of champs elysee (approximately 20 minutes) . Hotel is very secure - need to scan your key to access the lift. I loved my stay at the AC Port Maillott and will definitely be back and won't hesitate to recommend it. Thank you to Alexandra and all the staff at the hotel for making our stay such an enjoyable one. "

"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel which represented a very good value for money with attentive staff, chean and agreable room. The hotel is less than 100 meters from the subway and RER , ideal when you want to visit Paris. A supermarket and nice restaurants are also next door with a nice Garden front of the hotel as well. Internet was free and fast. Highly recommended "
