      Budget-friendly”

      The hotel location is very strategic, in the middle of city. Feels safe to park and left the car at night. The single room that I took was nice, however I found plastics of food leftover (chicken bones) left in the drawer! Probably left by some mischievous customer. Housekeeper should be more detail in cleaning the room. Overall it was worth the money considering it was very cheap.

      You get what you pay for”

      For RM50 per night, I would say this is a good deal. The great things from this stay is the staffs are friendly and helpful. I requested for a room change and they help me get a better room. The wifi is very fast and stable. The air conditioner is okay too. The parking is easy and there are many cafes and convenient store around the premise. But if you are looking for a stay which provides hot shower, towel, toiletries and big TV, this Inn is not for you. The rooms are obviously different as the pictures shown in the site.

      Booked deluxe king for 3 nights. But they said no king room for 1st night. Given dusty and smelly twin room with leaking pipe. The next day change to king room. Wifi just so-so. Not recommended.

      The owner told me my room is not available anymore which I already paid weeks before and want me to top up money to upgrade the room. Only ask the staff to pass message to me and not willing to talk with me or call agoda to settle it. Ask me to call myself. I think owner always use this trick to make more money from customer. No simple toiletries such as shampoo and no toilet paper in room.

      Don't trust their price in agoda.”

      The price of the room stated in agoda was rm54. During check in, the staff asked for additional rm21 to match with the original price which was rm75. Why would they use agoda if they cannot follow the price set by agoda? When I came into the room, the floor wasn't clean and towels weren't provided even when I asked for towels.

      Very dirty, rubbish didn't clean up before I room in.. Didn't provide drinking water for customer, didn't provide towel in the room.. Didn't change the pillow case.. Kindly take note and please improve.
